It should have been 1.5 hr ride but it was only 45 min. No one some English not even the taxi driver The pictures the guide took were professional the best part. Would have liked some history about camels for this price
We had a good time on the trip but the operator rescheduled us for a different time than sunset and did not refund us. We booked well in advanced and the sunset time we were scheduled to attend operated right after the time they moved us to. I would not book this type of experience again through Viator.
Did the sunrise ride. It was great! I was the only one so it was a private tour haha. Sadly despite the clear weather no balloons in the morning. The camels are very docile and surprisingly kept me warmer than riding a horse the previous day. The guides were great.
Me and my wife booked this tour for our honeymoon trip. I can't stress how AMAZING it was. The camels seem very well taken care of and loved. The views were unbelievable and the pictures they take of you come out amazing. Special thanks to Baris, our guide, who was extremely friendly and told us all about our camels and their personalities! 10/10 recommend.
What a unique experience in Cappadocia! Pick up was perfect and on-time as arranged by the company. Staff were great and it was quite evident that the camels were in good shape, and taken care of. They did not appear to underfed. The guys took some incredible photos with our phones without utilizing their own photographer, or making us buy a package, etc. Do consider giving the hardworking staff an extra tip as it takes an effort to organize events to cater to tourists. The extra money may even help with veterinary care for the animals. Highly recommend this trip if you want to experience a memorable time in Cappadocia (besides the hot air balloon)!
I would highly recommend this tour! The camels are so well-loved, which was a really important consideration for me. My tour consisted of 4 people total so pictures only lasted about 15 minutes. The camel ride round trip lasted about an hour. We fortunately were able to see the balloons (which is weather dependent).
It was enjoyable, the guide took lots of photos for us which was great. The camels where well behaved and the views were great.
Did the camel ride with a few friends and it turned out to be such a cool experience to share together. Walking through the rocky valleys on camels while chatting and joking around made it feel relaxed and fun at the same time. The setup was smooth, the staff were helpful, and everything felt well organized. It’s one of those simple but unique activities that’s even better when you do it with your friends. Glad we added it to our itinerary!
A Fun and Unique Ride for the Whole Family We tried the camel ride with our family and it ended up being one of the most enjoyable parts of our trip. The kids were excited from the start, and the whole experience felt safe and well managed. Walking slowly through the valleys on the camels gave us time to really take in the surroundings and just enjoy the moment together. It was something different from the usual tours and made for great family memories. Definitely worth adding to your Cappadocia plans.
This camel ride was one of the highlights of our Cappadocia trip. The route through the valleys was calm and scenic, and seeing the balloons floating above made the whole moment feel extra special. The team was welcoming and made sure everyone was comfortable before we started. It wasn’t rushed at all, so we could really enjoy the views and take photos. Amazing camel ride experience in Cappadocia! Riding through the valleys with the hot air balloons and sunset views was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were friendly, the camels were calm, and they even helped us take some great photos. It was peaceful, fun, and such a unique way to enjoy the landscape. Highly recommend!
This was a great experience and I highly recommend doing this even if you have 2 days here. The staff were so friendly and were always one step away to keep things flowing. They also sold nice coverings which are super cute. The staff will also take all the pics you want so no need to worry about getting a great shore. One word of advice. Stop for a restroom break before.
We loved our ride on the camels for sunset. The view is amazing. The guides are so good when guiding the camels & they do a great job taking photos of you and your beast :)
My companion and myself, we had a truly fantastic time during this activity. We were just the two of us with our guide on a ride of more than an hour. We had a photo stop, very high quality, I must say! right at the moment when all the hot-air balloons were taking off around us. It was a magnificent sight, and the staff was really very kind and hospitable. Our two camels, Luna and Coby, were so funny! They were only thinking about eating the leaves from an apricot tree. We had a proper good laugh and enjoyed a most beautiful landscape. It was a wonderful experience.
The guides were very friendly. I wish we spent more time riding the camels rather than stopping to have the guides take 10+ pictures of everyone together in their group and single photos but it was still nice of them to do that. It just took a while
The camel ride was just the right length about an hour and a half and everything seemed rather well-organised. There was not much in the way of instruction or chit chat before setting off you simply hop on and away you go. The handlers stroll alongside as the camels amble into the valley, leaving you to soak up the rather lovely sunset. At the halfway mark, you pause for some photos and videos before heading back. All in all, quite recommendable. Do wear long trousers and comfy shoes. just sensible really.
We had sooo much fun, ah! Nova people were very kind. They worked with us nicely so whole family can ride together. Children were laughing and enjoying every minute, We felt very safe but also like little bit adventurous. The viewpoint was simply amazing, men. And their photography also very good job, beautifully taken photos. At the end, they gave us nice cup of tea and some sweet grapes from their own garden, ah. Really, it was such a lovely experience. We waited two whole days for a camel rite at sunset, and to be honest, my hopes were not very high on the last day. But then we finally got a seat! And I can promise you that it was definitely worth the wait.
