Very well organised from start to finish. Clear information given in a timely fashion. This company were significantly cheaper than thr others I looked at but the quality of the experience still top end. Our pilot Bilal Tanriver was entertaining, skilled and generally a fantastic person to have at the helm! The ride was smooth, beautiful, and peaceful. The champagne amd strawberries at the end with the flight medal a lovely extra touch. What a way to see such a beautiful part of the country! Please consider a balloon ride whilst staying here, it really is an experience!

Had a great early morning balloon ride over Pigeon Valley and the surrounding countryside. We were picked up in plenty of time and had time for a quick breakfast and bathroom break. Our guide, Halil Donmez, took us up to our balloon and made sure we boarded safely. He was our balloonist and was funny and made the whole ride very fun. We had about a 45 minute flight which we thoroughly enjoyed. Halil even managed a soft landing right on the trailer so very, very easy. Thanks to all involved.

We have been fortunate enough to travel extensively throughout the world and experience some truly extraordinary adventures, but our hot-air balloon ride with Lord Balloons in Cappadocia, Turkey, was unquestionably one of the most breathtaking and unforgettable experiences of our lives! Before our trip, everyone told us that a hot-air balloon ride over Cappadocia was something we simply could not miss. His easygoing personality and wonderful sense of humor immediately put everyone at ease, especially Annette! He made us feel completely comfortable and safe while ensuring that we enjoyed every moment of this extraordinary adventure. What impressed us just as much was the entire Lord Balloons team. They weren’t simply doing their jobs; they genuinely seemed to love sharing this experience with their guests. I absolutely loved my experience with Lord Balloons . It was a very early start , but we were picked up at our hotel and driven to the balloon site which was well over an hour . We had chosen this particular balloon ride through Booking.com several weeks earlier as it was way more reasonable priced than others .On arrival there was a buffet style breakfast of omelettes, fruit and bread . Ater breakfast we allocated to our balloon group. My sister and I are on the petite side but we were instructed on how to position ourselves correctly on the edge of the basket before hopping down in . We had a bit of a laugh here as , I was with my sister and her two daughters, and elegance went out the window , I'm not going to point fingers ! When everyone was in , I must say it was a snug fit , no real room to move around , we were given clear and exact instructions on how to position ourselves when pilot was landing the balloon . All the ground crew and pilot were very nice . The balloon ride itself was breathtaking, I absolutely loved it ...the views were stunning and the sunrise unreal , my photos don't really do it justice. When preparing to land we were told to get into our landing position as instructed before take off . Even though we were warned about the bump/jolt , I think it still came as a surprise to some ,3 lessening in severity each time. When we were out of the balloon we were given strawberries dipped in chocolate and the choice of a glass of champagne or orange juice...I think everyone chose the champagne 🍾🙂after which we were presented our balloon ride medals . We were then transferred back to our hotel . I can not fault our pilot Furkan Turna and his team in any way , they made our experience one to remember for the rest of our lives . We were informed by hotel staff that we were lucky , as the balloon rides are very much weather dependent and have to have aviation approval to go ahead , the previous week had seen several of them cancelled !

Absolutely fabulous experience. Great value for money and it was considerably cheaper than any of the flights scheduled to fly over the fairy chimneys. The soganli valley was very scenic with amazing views. Not as many balloons as over the fairy chimneys but enough to still make it an amazing experience. Be prepared for a very early start as pick up for us at our hotel was 04:35 and was exactly on time. Only 16 people per balloon. The basket was sectioned into 4 with 4 people per section. Each section would not have fitted any more than 4, there was just about enough room. There was a breakfast prior to flight, not a whole lot of choice here but OK, and champagne with chocolate covered strawberries after balloon ride and we all got a medal with Lord Hot air Balloon ride on it. We were then driven home where we saw more amazing views on route it was too dark to see anything on our journey there.Really worth the amazing experience

Burak was very professional, and he and his team worked together seamlessly. We ended up landing smoothly on a truck! Even though I couldn’t understand what the other members of his team were saying, the atmosphere felt really friendly and relaxed. The weather was also perfect. It was an amazing experience! 🎈☀️

A wonderful and unforgettable hot air balloon experience! Pick up was on time, breakfast was simple but just right. The pilot was professional, views stunning and I loved that we finished the flight with some champagne and chocolate strawberries. Though Soganli Valley is the lesser popular destination with lesser ballon's in the air, if you love nature, views and peace, I will highly recommend booking this.

Our pick up from our hotel was on time. After an hour’s journey we reached the launch site. Provided with a buffet breakfast before watching the crew set up the balloon. There were 4 sections with 4 people in each. We all practiced the brace position for landing before we set off. Such a gentle ascent to 1000m. The pilot rotated in flight so every passenger had a good view. No fairy castles but nonetheless very scenic. The crew and pilot were all friendly. Flight was 1 hour. The landing was only a little bumpy. Given a glass of sparkling wine and a medal to celebrate the experience. I would not recommend to people with mobility issues as it was a climb in and out of the basket.

Excellent trip from start to finish….. pick up on time and not many other pick up too…. Breakfast was amazing, welcoming and enjoyable. The balloon experience took my breath away, everyone works so hard to ensure everyone had a great time! Pilot was very funny and really made the trip more enjoyable. Nice to have a medal at the end which is different from a certificate which I would lose….

Our hot air balloon experience was absolutely magical from start to finish. The day began early with a pickup from our hotel at 4:30 AM. Although it was early, the team was punctual and professional, making the start of the journey smooth and comfortable. Once we were in the air, we spent about one hour floating gently over the stunning plains. The views of the sunrise were breathtaking. What impressed me most was how incredibly stable and smooth the flight was. There were no sudden movements or scary bumps; it felt like we were standing on solid ground while watching the world wake up below us. A huge shout-out to our pilot, Burak Has. He was an excellent operator—calm, experienced, and very reassuring. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, which made the whole experience feel safe and enjoyable. We also want to express our deepest gratitude to the company for their outstanding customer service. On our way back in the transfer vehicle, we accidentally left our phone behind. We were panicked, but the team went above and beyond to help us locate it and successfully returned our phone to us. If you are looking for a reliable and memorable balloon experience, I highly recommend Burak Has. Thank you for making our morning so special!

We had a chance to fly on air Ballons in Cappadocia with this company! Everything was very well-organized - transfer on time, breakfast, flight and after-flight party and travel back. Flight itself lasted for 1 hour, our flight instructor was Halil Dönmez and he was very friendly and professional - provided us with easy take-off, fantastic view and safe landing. Can recommend!

I booked Lord Balloons through Get Your Guide. After booking, the whole communication was excellent. They were very prompt in replying, responding, and clarifying, so I was very, very impressed with the whole communication. The pickup was perfectly on time. It was very well organised, and everything was sort of in auto mode. Pickup was at 4:30 from my hotel, and it was a very well-coordinated, organised tour. We were lucky that, for 3 days continuously after cancelling, it was allowed today, and we could get the flight done. There was a quick breakfastwith coffee. The flight was also pretty reasonable. We didn't go very high, I think. The wind was very high, so it was advised not to go up, but we touched around 800 m height, so that was good. Mostly, we were in the valley and not moving too much, but as soon as the wind calmed down, we went to 800 m in height, so that was good. Overall, it was a very good experience with the hot air balloon. Our pilot was Halil. He made sure that our landing was very, very soft. We didn't have to bend down in landing position. It was so comfortable. He just landed the balloon on the trailer of the truck. The whole basket just landed smoothly inside the bracket of the trailer. That was a good thing about it. It was an amazing flight, and kudos to him. He knows his job very well. After the landing, we had the quick landing ceremony. The champagnes were opened and served with the chocolate-dipped strawberries. Also, at the end, we all were given the medal just to celebrate the flight.

We opted for the soganli valley balloon ride as the Goreme one was full, but the experience was truly amazing! It is more quieter and fewer balloons than the goreme valley but still worth the experience. Our day started with pick up from our hotel in Goreme, then had a good breakfast provided by Lord Balloons and Halil, our instructor was very informative. We had a good take off and landing. He seems to be a very experienced pilot. Thank you Halil. Thank you Lord Balloons for an amazing experience.

The hot air baloon experience was excellent! They picked us up from the hotel, drove us to the songali valley where we had a good breakfast before heading to the baloons departure area. The flight lasted about 50 minutes and the price was reasonable (~100 euros, compared to 250-300 of other companies). The baloon was a 16 people baloon, and our pilot Bilal was great!

It was such a great morning. Beautiful weather. Nice breakfast and off course a very great balloon flight. The people around the balloon were very friendly and helpful. The pilot was a a very experienced guy with humor. We were by camper so we met them at the breakfast restaurant in the morning.
