We found the hotel on Agoda for around €54. I contacted the hotel directly on WhatsApp to confirm, and they quoted me €80. So I booked via Agoda instead. We checked in at night. After a shower, we noticed there was NO hair dryer and the drinking water had run out. When I asked reception, he said extra water is 100 TL. When I asked about the hair dryer, his response was "brother are you kidding me?". I said why would I joke in the middle of the night? He was moaning and called the housekeeper, who said it should be in the room. He looked at me like I had stolen his hair dryer, and only after that brought another one. Very rude and unprofessional attitude. Next morning at breakfast (9:30 am), we were told there is no omelette because the kitchen is closed, and if we want extra we have to pay extra. For the price we paid, breakfast was very poor. The receptionist's attitude ruined the whole experience. Would not recommend and will not stay again.

We stayed at this hotel with our family and had wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was excellent. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. We especially loved the terrace with its amazing view of the hot air balloons in the morning. What a great choice for our trip in Goreme. Hotel is well situated, very quiet, and the view from the terrasse is fantastic. Host Behzat is extremely nice and hospitable. We left our luggage for hours before catching our bus, no problem. Highly recommended
A wonderful hotel! If I could, I would give it 10 stars. The prices are fair, the staff are incredibly friendly, and they helped us arrange all activities at reasonable prices. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Cappadocia.
The hotel is right in the center of Göreme, so it’s easy to walk to pretty much everything—ATV tours, hot air balloon rides, restaurants, markets like Migros, car rentals, and even the bus terminal. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Hot water was always available, and everything you need like towels and bedding was provided. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety, including warm options. Smoking isn’t allowed in the rooms, but there’s a covered terrace where you can smoke and grab tea or coffee anytime. Mr. Behzat was very helpful during my stay and made things easier for me. The building area is calm and safe. Also, since it’s so close, you can even see the balloons from the rooms. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Cappadocia.
