Service was so good mustafa was very good he guide us very well we loved our hmam spa there and we were 7 people we all loved alot

Bad smell and mattress hotel Reception made us change room 2 times in one day. The first time because the room smelled like pipe, and the second because the mattress were so old that when you sit generates a hole in both mattress. Night recepcionist first said he knew English and, when the problem began, he said that he didn't, nor Spanish. Then, make sure the room is assigned to you smells normal and clean and that your mattress is neat and comfortable before accepting. At last, food is not as good as expected and drink prices are high in relation quality -cost.

Recently stayed at the Signature Hotel in Cappadocia and had a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable but varied a lot in size. The bar area looked inviting, though we didn't visit it. The staff was polite and helpful. However, the laundry service was a major downside - we were charged an exorbitant 900 Lira for washing just 10 items. This issue seemed common among guests, and the language barrier prevented many from complaining. The hotel's explanation about the laundry service being external wasn't entirely convincing. The food included in our package was okay, but extra meals were expensive and not impressive. Also, the elevator was slow but functional. This experience made us cautious about using other hotel services and overall, it was more vigilant than relaxing. We're unlikely to stay here again. If you do choose this hotel, be mindful of additional services and charges.

The hotel is new, very nice facilities the room is miy comfortable, with comfortable bathroom and shower. The bed and pillows are ideal for rest. The view from the rooms and restaurant are amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner have a variety of meals in wl buffet but the price of wines is a bit high, the cocktails are ok. The only problem is when you arrive in a group they only have 1 elevator and uploading the suitcases to the room is complicated or you wait very long time or you go up the steps.
