Sacred Mansion

The hotel was excellent, very cosy cave vibes, luxurious and great location. The restaurant in the hotel also was very good with great breakfast. I specifically loved the service and helpfulness of the staff. Both Zilan and Beyza were very helpful. They assisted us in a last minute booking for the hot air balloon ride along with other tours inside Capadocia. We are very grateful to the staff at Sacred Mansion for their lovely service, kindness and hospitality. Would surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

I visited to use the hammam. While I was impressed by the beautiful building upon arrival, the service provided by the staff at the entrance didn't even come close to matching the hotel's beauty. As we passed the entrance, staff members were gathered by the door, chatting away. Since there was no one inside, we had to go back out to fetch a staff member. My friend had made the reservation, so I didn't know the name under which it was booked and was trying to make a call; a female staff member had pointed the way to the hammam, but I misunderstood and stepped outside looking for it. When I asked a staff member at the entrance where the hammam was, they blocked me, saying non-guests weren't allowed in. Instead of first checking the nature of my visit, they immediately stated that entry was restricted to guests; I was only able to enter after the previous female staff member came over and explained the situation. After the spa session, I was leaving but found the door closed; I asked the staff member there if I could open it and leave, and they told me to go ahead, but the door wouldn't budge when I pushed. After I tried several times, they simply watched before finally telling me to pull it instead. Shouldn't they open the door for a customer who is leaving? Even ordinary restaurants open the door for departing guests. It is a beautiful hotel, yet it is filled with staff who lack basic courtesy. If their policy is to serve only hotel guests, they need to retrain their staff. The initial thought I had upon arrival—that I would book a stay here next time—completely vanished.

If you plan on visiting Göreme, book this hotel and don't think twice. Everything here was 10/10, from the hotel, service, food, views, location. We traveled from the US for a trip here and contacted Sacred Mansion via WhatsApp. Urgup and the rest of the concierge team were super responsive, helped us book a shuttle from Kayseri airport, and any accommodations we needed during the stay (such as taxis) they were able to book for us. The breakfast is all inclusive and such a wonderful spread of traditional turkish foods, 10/10. The deluxe room was super clean, stunning bathroom and outdoor patio views of the caves and Uchisar castle. The spa is free (pool & sauna) and we've spent a couple hours enjoying that in the mornings. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and the people there that have welcomed us to our first time in Turkey. Thank you!

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of staying at Sacred Mansion for 3 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service and genuine hospitality of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and one of a kind with stunning architecture and unique theme that creates a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. One of our favourite parts of the experience was the traditional Turkish breakfast each morning. The food was fresh, delicious and offered a wonderful variety of local flavours. We also greatly appreciated how seamlessly the hotel organized our airport shuttle transportation both to and from the hotel. As an added touch, because we had an early departure, the staff thoughtfully prepared a breakfast to-go bag for us. It was such a kind gesture and speaks volumes about theit attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. We are so grateful for the wonderful memories we made here and would highly recommend Sacred Mansion to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.
