Kapadokya Hill Hotel & Spa

Such a fun and beautiful hotel — and the spa is incredible! We had such a lovely stay here. The hotel is wonderfully chintzy, quirky and fun, with so much character — definitely not a boring, generic hotel! The spa was honestly one of the highlights. It’s absolutely beautiful and I had the most incredible massage with Anni, who was fantastic. I left feeling completely relaxed — genuinely one of the best massages I’ve had. I also have to mention the staff because they really made our stay. Yazel, Firdes and Niloo at reception were all so kind, friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. And Fikret, who looked after us with drinks and dinner in the evenings, was just lovely — so warm, attentive and friendly. Everyone made us feel really welcome and looked after, and that makes such a difference when your home from home! Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely stay — we would absolutely come back! ❤️

Unfortunately, our experience at Kapadokya Hill Hotel did not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel. The positive point was that the hotel and our room were clean. However, there were several disappointments during our 4-day stay. The spa area was quite small and required advance booking, which made it less convenient to use. The indoor pool was not functioning during our stay, while the outdoor pool was very small. The jacuzzi in our room also did not work properly. The biggest disappointment was the food. Breakfast quality and variety were far below what I would expect from a 5-star property. There was no coffee machine available, and the hotel charged extra even for a cappuccino or an omelette. The fruit selection was almost the same every day—mainly apple and watermelon—and overall the breakfast menu became very repetitive during our four days. The location was another disadvantage for us, especially if you want easy access to Cappadocia's main attractions. We also visited for a birthday celebration, but unfortunately there was no small gesture or special attention from the hotel, which was disappointing considering the level of hotel and the occasion. Overall, while cleanliness was good, the facilities, food quality, breakfast service, location, and overall guest experience did not feel like a 5-star hotel. Considering the price and rating, I expected much more.

Staff are really warm-hearted and kind. Rooms are quite comfy and food/restaurant/mini bar is handy. Me and my family used the massage service as well and absolutely enjoyed it. Location wise it is located at the entrance of Nevşehir and close to touristic attractions and locations.

Great hotel and helpful staff. Musuel was very helpful and we appreciated his going out of the way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Rooms are spacious with great views across the way. location is not congested and there were no tour buses when we were there in mid April.
