We stayed here in May and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and our package included breakfast. The breakfast was simple but delicious with a traditional Turkish style. A bonus point for all the cute cats 🐈 🐈⬛🐈around the hotel and having breakfast on the rooftop with a beautiful view. Such a lovely way to start the day.
The room was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also very helpful in arranging laundry for us at a reasonable price.
We were a little sad that we didn’t get to see the hot air balloons, but overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We were a group of all girls and felt very safe throughout our stay.
Friendly and very helpful staff! Breakfast is included which is authentic. I absolutely loved the interior design and the cave room! The rooftop seating offers a lovely view over the town of Göreme as well. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay!
This hotel is very well located, just 5 mins away from the bus stop and surrounded by restaurants and agencies. It is very near the main road.
Their customer service is fast and friendly, and they help you get around if you need it, giving you advises on what to do and how/when.
Our room was clean and well equipped with the basic toiletries and room appliances, we had a great stay. The breakfast is a buffet where you have many delicious options, from bakery and pastries to delicatessens and drinks, along with protein options as well.
Thank you for the wonderful stay in Göreme. The hotel owner and employees were wonderful and the breakfast was really good. The hotel aesthetic is beautiful and the terrace has a great view of the center of town. I really liked the hanging balloons in the entryway and the owner (I think it was the owner 😅) gave me one as a gift. Çok teşekkür ederim 🥹🥹
the best hotel in cappadocia ,the room is very cozy, beautiful, and spacious. the hotel provides free breakfast (cery delicious😋) and is located near the bus station, so you don’t have to struggle carrying your luggage. its also right in front of phoenix travel agency, which makes it super convenient to book cappadocia tours directly across from the hotel. the staff member named Iskender is very friendly😆 he even helped me carry my heavy luggage all the way outside the hotel. if I come to cappadocia again, ill definitely stay here again. best hotel ever
