(+)The staff was really kind: Cuma helped us with the airport shuttle and car rental, taking care of everything very efficiently and with a great attitude. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of variety, and the chef Ali was really friendly, he creates a wonderful atmosphere on the terrace, even making sure the music and every detail are perfect. Orcun, the manager, was also super helpful, assisting us in locating a package that had been sent to us and got misplaced. All in all, an amazing team, thank you all! (-)The room was on floor -1 and had very small windows. It was very hot in the room.

This is truly a 5-star hotel! 👍Very clean, quiet, and in a great location. 👍 It's away from the noisy areas, but still a 5-minute walk from the city center. 👍 The staff is polite and smiling, always ready to help. 👍 The rooms are spacious, and you can't hear your neighbors. 🔥 From the roof of the hotel, you can watch the balloons fly right overhead. But I didn't do that; I went to the view point (20 minutes walk) 😢 I didn't have enough food for breakfast. Some dishes were too greasy, and unfortunately, I don't eat greasy food. But I still found something to eat, and it was quite a good breakfast. ✅ I would definitely choose this hotel again if I went to this area.

This is the most amazing hotel with amazing service and helpful staff. Mr Abdullah was very helpful and books the hot air balloon for you for much cheaper than what it is if you were to book it outside. Book the Love Valley room which has a balcony and you can see the hot air balloons from your balcony . The views are literally spectacular and breakfast was to the point. Thank you for making it an amazing experience for us.

We stayed at the Enjoy Stone House in May of 2025. We encountered a few issues, but the staff and hotel manager were very receptive and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very beautiful and feels luxurious, but I feel like the pillows were really cheap. The bath products are especially high quality. The breakfast had a very nice selection, though I wish they might have had pancakes, crepes or more meat options. We didn't spend much time in our room but it would be nice if the TVs had Netflix.
