I have visited Cappadocia with my family and stayed at Castle Inn Hotel for three nights - which ended up being a spectacular experience!
The hotel is located in Ortahisar, in a small town surrounded by markets, restaurants, cafes and small stores. It is easily accessible by an hour of drive from Kayseri Airport.
The authenticity is stunning, there is even a room with a pool and Turkish Hammam.
The owners are amazing, and staff is also incredibly helpful. You should definitely stay here when you visit the beautiful Cappadocia..
