Overall a decent stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, although it wasn’t quite the same as the room shown in the photos when we booked. We requested a change, but the room we stayed in was still nice.
The bedroom area could definitely do with better lighting as it can feel a little dark and claustrophobic, and more plug sockets would be useful.
Breakfast was quite limited in terms of options, and the breakfast staff could have been a little more welcoming and engaging. That said, the rest of the staff were very nice, polite and helpful throughout our stay.
The location is great and overall we had a pleasant experience, just a few areas that could be improved.
The Cappadocia Cave Suites are perfectly located just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. The hotel features several public terraces that offer stunning views over the town below and the hot air balloon launch sites—making for a breathtaking backdrop and the ideal setup for photo shoots! A short walk also takes you to a magnificent viewpoint over the valley and all the balloon activity (just make sure to get up before dawn!).
The rooms are clean, comfortable, fairly priced, and come with their own charming little seating area outside. The breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, and the entire staff was extremely friendly and attentive. On top of that, the property itself is beautifully designed and very stylish. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Göreme!
The best place we have ever stayed! Just phenomenal and in a class all of its own! The rooms are delightful, the breakfast scrumptious, the staff are helpful and the aesthetics of the property unbelievable! Wake up with balloons and sunset with a wonderful glass of wine. It’s romantic and dreamy! We loved our balcony, the tub and the views all around. This is a superb place to stay and I cannot rate it highly enough!!!!
Note: You need to be able to manage the stairs, steps and climb up and down.
Amazing stay! We stayed in Room 302 and were blown away by the stunning view. Seeing the hot air balloons floating by from our balcony in the morning was magical and one of the highlights of our trip. A special thank you to Ali for his outstanding hospitality and helpfulness throughout our stay. He truly went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
At our arrival (at about 08:00 pm), Yagiz welcomed us with a very friendly and polite attitude. Although there is no lift in the building, he helped us carrying the luggages to our room, which was on the basement floor. There are several different rooms also in the first and second floor.
The room is very spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable; bathroom very modern and big.
Each bedroom has its own wifi, which works very good.
On the rooftop there is a restaurant, where is breakfast is also served. For breakfast you are given a typical Turkish breakfast but also cereals and milk are available.
It is located in a strategic position close the viewpoint; but on the hill so I suggest to take the taxi if you have a lot of luggages.
I totally recommend going to this hotel!
