This is about the HAMAM at CCR… not the hotel (which - in the lobby - looked lovely)
Facilities need fixing - not modernizing, it’s got its own older charming strange flavor - but fixing, literally. Water leaking from ceiling, no lights in toilets (dark to use!), very low steam in steam room, etc. But the Ottoman Bath done by two women on the two of us) was nothing short of amazing! They felt so good, and their sense of humor, and the setting – it all eclipsed the broken parts :)
One of the places you must visit when you come Cappadocia. I think it has 6 floors in total and about 100 rooms. The rooms have different models, ston and cave and a combination of both. The hotel spa is very high quality and large. The view from the pool and the room is amazing. Also the staff is very friendly and smiling. If you are looking for a holiday in the Cappadocia, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel offers professional service, yes so generous in kindness and helpful. The restaurant has an unparalleled view and the food is fantastic. Best mezze we had since being in Turkey.

Rooms are just alright - smelled damp like that has not been used or aired out in a long time. The views are amazing! The staff could be more welcoming and enthusiastic about guests. Very few staff spoke English so communication was a huge barrier. Dinner was basic and cold.
The rooms are very old - needs major renovation. The bright spot is the staff - all very good which makes up slightly for the overcharge of such old rooms with towels that are way past old; bed sheets that have holes, Tv that doesn’t work & drain in the shower room that doesn’t drain. The view is stunning & the location is fab for hot air balloon rides.
