Stayed at this hotel during a group visit and it was so lovely! The pool was amazing and they give drink services straight to you, I got a Aperol from Ebru, who was wonderful. The walk into town was super easy and there are good places to eat (Cafe Restaurant Yildiz)

Honestly one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. I am beyond furious and genuinely shocked by how poor the service is. The staff couldn’t care less — barely a greeting, zero professionalism, and absolutely no sense of hospitality. The room was not properly cleaned, and the beds were not even changed. That is completely unacceptable and frankly disgusting for any hotel claiming a decent standard. Nothing about this place justifies its reputation or price. It feels neglected, poorly managed, and completely lacking in basic service. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel.
