Good location, quiet but still close to the center and main activities. The room was spacious and with lots of available supplements, however the main door (facing outside) was not well sealed and had a significant draft, thus considering the cold temperature outside the room was cold and we needed to use the heating system a lot.
We loved our stay: Excellent service, beautiful location, delicious breakfast and everything very clean. The staff was extremely kind.
A beautiful well run homely guest house. The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast delicious. Gorgeous relaxing garden around the pool,, quite an oasis. The area is quiet but only a short stroll to the shops and cafes. Thank you to Letitia and the rest of the staff for a lovely stay.
very cute little guest house off of the main strip in franschoek. 8 rooms, complementary breakfast, lovely pool. rooms are smallish/spare but clean and nice. plus, you should probably be out wine tasting, right? blocks from the wine tram, restaurants (my personal favorite protege), and bars.
We stayed for 3 nights and celebrated a birthday. First off, this place has better service than many 5 star hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are nothing short of amazing! From the calm and friendly welcome to the free wine tasting to the awesome breakfast, which was just what we needed pre and post a day on the wine tram. The staff went absolutely above and beyond when it came to helping celebrate a birthday, organizing beautiful flowers and a spread of fresh fruits. It was more than perfect. The bed was huge, the sheets were soft. The bathroom was modern and super clean. Air-conditioned and a minibar. You are 5 minutes walk to the main street and it's safe enough to walk home from town after sunset. Everything was just perfect, thank you so much!
