Le Petit Manoir Franschhoek

I would recommend Le Petit Manoir to anyone considering a trip to Franschhoek. It is such an incredible hotel - the rooms are all beautiful and the attention to detail is amazing. The staff were lovely, the swimming pools absolutely beautiful and the whole stay was just incredibly relaxing. Frank was so helpful and had some great recommendations. Couldn't recommend the hotel enough!

Stayed here for the final 3 nights of our honeymoon - we were really impressed. Even before we arrived we were treated like VIPs, and this continued when we arrived. Whatsapp messages prior to our stay offering to help us plan our weekend and book restaurants, etc, beautiful champagne to welcome us, an amazing hot tub with an incredible view of the mountains around Franshoek, and a luxurious room. The most standout part of our stay was the staff. Frank (the co-owner) went the extra mile every day to ensure our stay was perfect. Every recommendation was perfect. Chrizaan and Willie were also very welcoming and helpful - they were clearly all very proud of this Hotel, and eager to show us how great it is! Our room was made up and turned down every day with lovely touches and arrangements, and the hot tub was ready to go every night when we arrived back to the hotel. I really can't recommend this beautiful Boutique Hotel enough!

This place is a hidden gem with an amazing chef who not only cooked some of the best food we have had on our trip to S. Africa but is so sweet. We wandered into the eclectic deli from the main street attracted by the pastries only to discover they were sampling a generous portion of steak and pork tacos. The chef, Ilana came out and shared that they were experimenting and were planning to add them to the menu. A narrow hall through the gallery revealed the hotels dining room. We came back the next day for our anniversary to celebrate with the chocolate mouse cake which was rich and tasty. They let us see the menu and we stayed for the steak sandwich. It was big enough to share and delightful. Ilana surprised us with a special plate that said Congratulations in chocolate and filled with hand made truffles. This made our day.

I spent 2 nights at Le Petit Manoir after my wedding. Everything was perfect. We were given a beautiful and luxurious room, with an amazing turn down service. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast was excellent, the hotel is beautiful, the room is amazing, the amenities are excellent, I would not change a single thing. I highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Le Petit Manoir!!!
