We had a lovely two night stay at Le Cle Des Montagnes. The hotel was immaculate. The hotel was a short walk to the main street and the hotel staff were extremely helpful with making dinner reservations for us and for helping us plan activities whilst we were staying in the area. Would highly recommend!

The grounds, room, food, staff, common areas, absolutely everything about staying at La Clé is lovely. Highly recommend doing the traditional braii dinner, beyond delicious and a great value. They are also extremely helpful for making the most out of your stay, they booked transfers for us to do a day of wine tasting with a private driver. Only a short walk to town, you get the best of both worlds being close to down town while staying in a quiet area. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Franschhoek.
Everything was perfect. The grounds of both the village and the lodge ar beautiful. The vineyards and taking a little boat on the lake were so much fun. So much attention to detail - loved the yoga bag with gym equipment. Everything in the room was great - comfy bed, fun showers, great bathrobes. Also breakfast and staff were wonderful. 11/10
Amazing place to spend a few day in Franshoek. Excellent service and very confortable with everything you need. Highly recommended. Superb breakfast and nice swimming pool in luscious gardens within a wine estate.
