They claim a delay in picking up the vehicle to classify it as a “no‑show,” then require you to pay this fee in order to pressure you into upgrading to a higher category at nearly double the standard price. This agency should be avoided — their business model appears to rely on misleading and coercive tactics.

We booked the 10-hr vehicle with chauffeur to visit four Stellenbosch wineries on our first full day in Cape Town. The vehicle was clean, had plenty of space for the two of us, and our driver Sasa was wonderful, picking us up from our AirBnB, sharing his story and some of the highlights of areas we passed along the way, as well as giving recommendations for other places to visit later during our stay in Cape Town. We previously selected the wineries we wanted to visit and made tasting and lunch reservations on our own in advance. Communication was easy with BiTours and our driver via WhatsApp, after initially contacting BiTours via email from our home country in advance.
Hy wife and I had a great experience we were able to enjoy 4 wine farms at our leisure . Sasa the driver was amazing with great conversation and wanted to make our experience enjoyable which was achieved . We would recommended this company to all friends coming to Cape Town

We went to 4 wine farms and Sasa our driver was amazing never pressing us for time we could explore at our own leisure along with great conversation , when we come back to Cape Town we will contact the company and also pass his details onto our friends who vacation in Cape Town every year .

We hired a minibus and driver through Bitours to take us and a group of friends around some wine farms in Constantia. The experience and service were faultless and I would highly recommend it. Shabier was responsive and helpful before the day itself as we planned and coordinated our multiple pickups. On the day Sasa, our driver, was prompt, friendly and highly accommodating when our plans had to be flexed.
We had a full day driver (Sasa) who was excellent. The vehicle was comfortable with excellent AC, Sasa was a knowledgable and friendly guy and made the experience smooth and easy for us. Wanted a driver to take me to Stellenbosch on Sunday to visit some vineyards. They arranged a driver who picked me up from my hotel in Cape Town and drove me to Babylonstoren, Simonsig, Quoin Rock, and Jordan. My driver Sasa was very interesting sharing some stories about South Africa. He was also kind enough to walk with me and take photos. Four vineyards is definitely an all day itinerary, especially if you plan to do more than just a tasting. You will absolutely want to take pictures and stroll around the estates to take in the beauty and history of these vineyards. Once I wropped up the last tasting at Jordan, Sasa agreed to drop me off at Camps Bay where I was meeting friends for dinner. Overall, it was a great day of exploring the wine country with a very courteous and helpful driver. Thanks!

My wife and I only had two days open in Cape Town. I wanted to go to wine country while my wife wanted to do safari. We were able to book a custom tour with this tour company to do both! The first day we toured three vineyards plus dinner at a fourth vineyard for 10 hours through Stellenbosch. Then the next day we did the afternoon safari at Aquila, which is a two hour drive from Cape Town. After the tour, we went straight to the Cape Town Airport for our return flight to US. Throughout the entire two days, we had the most lovely driver, Aldon, who shared some stories and facts about things along the way, answered questions we had about South Africa, and was so friendly throughout the tour. We came away with so many fond memories and really appreciated how this tour company made it work with our tight schedule. Highly recommend planning your Cape Town visit with this company, they are prompt and very open to customizing their offerings.
Driver arrived at the defined location on time and was a very pleasant person and a good driver (which was really appreciated, especially considering the quite extreme weather conditions we had that day). It would have been great if he'd been a bit more chatty, in particular in terms of providing information about the places we visited, but I realise this was not part of the brief.

We were 2 couples traveling to Cape Town looking for a driver for three days. We found BITOURS via Viator and couldn’t have been more pleased. We initially worked with Shabir who assigned Zane as our driver. Our driver Zane was amazing! He started communicating with us a few weeks before our arrival to start planning our three days. We loosely provided some things we wanted to see and he took it from there. As our trip became closer, he changed our trip based on weather (did wineries when it was rainy). Zane was extremely knowledgeable about Cape Town and explained history of things throughout the tour. He was also extremely professional and polite. One couple celebrated their 40th anniversary during our trip. Zane and BITOURS went out of their way to arrange a fabulous anniversary dinner. At the end is our three day tour, we were all very sad to say goodbye to our friend Zane.

We just arrived home from a 2 week stay in Cape Town w my family of 12 to attend my brothers wedding. During my initial planning I had trouble finding a company who would customize our transportation/sightseeing needs, but Shabier and his team were fantastic! Even with all of our schedule changes once we were in country. They were so accommodating and always were able to make the last minute changes our group needed. The drivers, Yagya & Fagrie, were prompt and knowledgeable about the area and gave us great suggestions for our crazy schedule. I couldn’t have asked for more. I would recommend Shabier and his team and will use them again if we ever make it back to Cape Town.
