So glad that I had booked this Lion Head Sunrise trip. It all started with our guide Kieron, picking us up at the hotel at 520am. Yes, it's 520am but it was worth it. We started the ascend at mid point up Lion Head. The climb though a bit challengjng but it was worth it. The view before sunrise was beautiful, and it hit its epitome when the sun begin to rise. Compliments must be given also to our guide Keiron, who not only was very professional, he also has vast knowledge of the floral as well as history about South Africa. Highly recommend to try and experience.

Our family took the sunrise hike to Lion's Head this morning and absolutely loved it! Our children (12, 14 & 16) enjoyed the challenge. The views were incredible, and so was our guide Yvette. She took lots of photos for us and provided tea and snacks at the summit. Could not recommend this enough! It's an amazing way to start the day✨️

Kieran was an incredible guide, so knowledgable, full of facts and just very caring and kind. We could have hung out with Kieran all day! He looked after us from pick up at the hotel and even bought bottles of water, snacks and hot tea for us to enjoy whilst watching the sunrise at the top of the mountain. The hike was fun and the sunrise view was just beautiful. I would have no hesitation booking hikes with Kieran in the future and highly recommend you to book him as your guide! Yvette was our guide today for the Sunset walk. Fantastic time she was so knowledgeable about Lions Head and so friendly that at no time did we feel the challenge of the walk was too much. Well recommend and we have some great photos to go with our memories.

Kai was an amazing leader. His patience in guiding up members of our group to the Lion Head summit, with less confidence than others, was the difference between making it to the top or not! I personally will be eternally grateful to him for supporting and guiding my wife to the summit and allowing her to conquer her fears. Standing at the summit with our 2 adult children is an experience she will cherish for many years to come.

An absolutely awe-inspiring experience! Elodye was a wonderful guide and host. Great communication before the hike and went out of her way to ensure we were well prepared. She was very encouraging and patient on the trek respecting everyone’s level of ability. The whole experience was amazing with breathtaking views. At the summit we enjoyed a cup of rooibos tea and a snack. We cannot recommend Elodye enough. Not only did she safely navigate us up and down Lion’s Head but also willingly shared great tips and advice of places to eat and also visit during our stay in Cape Town. Beautiful view, the guide is Elodye Davids, extremely patient, available and gentle; the experience was extremely good even for me that I am a beginner, definitely worth the price. It takes around 3/4 hours and you will get beautiful pictures

Yvette was an amazing guide. She was prompt on time for pickup and was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna and even prepared a wonderful breakfast for us at the summit. Her photo taking was on point and she captured the perfect picture of both of us with a full circle rainbow at the top.

It might seem a bit pricey, but my husband and I enjoyed the safety and peace of mind of having a guide take us up the mountain. We went at sunset and it was utterly epic — our guide provided torches, snacks, and warm tea at the summit. Two hours was more than enough to get to the summit and be prepared for epic views! Overall, not a challenging hike at all in good weather at sunset.

Yvette was a fantastic guide for lion’s head. She was incredibly well equipped and made the hike super enjoyable but also ensured we felt really safe and in good hands. She was also really knowledgeable about the area and the floral diversity on the mountain… and even hand baked brownies! We would definitely hike with Yvette again.

What an experience! Yvette was truly the perfect guide for us on this hike. It was my first time handling such an open hike and heights and she kept my husband and I very comfortable and engaged. Yvette was our amazing guide who is not only experienced but adapts to your comfort level. She offered multiple options to see which one we would like to do and we chose lions head which has amazing scenic views. She was extremely helpful and patient through out the hike and clicked some nice pics for us too. We would love to do another with her when we come back again. May be this time we can hike up the Indian vester trail. The hike was a great adventure for us. Awesome experience.

Kai was really informative and supportive during our tour and went above and beyond to become a personal photographer when we needed him. If we could give him more than 5 stars, we would. This is a must do hike/tour in Cape Town! The early start (5am pick-up) was definitely worth it because by the time we were on our way down Lion's Head it was super busy. Kai was an incredible guide who made us feel at ease hiking and also taught us so much about Cape Town and everything we saw from the view. From the first time we inquired about the trip, Kai was so easy and enjoyable to work with. He also brought us water for the hike and snacks to share at the top. Along the way he took really sweet photos of us, which he sent right after we were done. 5 stars, 10 out of 10. An unforgettable experience.

An incredible experience with our guide Cara, a young woman who picked us up at the hotel for a climb on the Lions Head with sunset. After much walking, scrambling and climbing we came to a place for which it was far enough for us. Cara had brought coffee and grapes and sat quite high on the mountain in the sun. Lex and Lisette
