Tandem Paragliding Cape Town Experience Table Mountain Paraglide

First off, paragliding is not something I thought I would ever do, considering I am terrified of heights but when I saw how professional and experienced this team is, I just had to do it. I am so glad I did. The team carefully monitors the wind conditions, and in fact, two of our friends who were in the lineup behind us, were unable to go because the wind came up. My husband and I had to wait a while for the wind to calm down, but we were able to go. Seeing Cape Town from the air, flying like a bird, was indescribable. This company even goes as far as providing you with a flight certification. Our instructor,Herman, was wonderful. He took lots of photos and videos which they quickly downloaded onto our phones. You won’t find a more professional company than this one. Thank you for this great experience.!

What an incredible experience! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and Walter and his team were exceptionally friendly, professional, and reassuring. As first-time paragliders, we felt completely safe and well looked after throughout the entire experience. The conditions couldn't have been more beautiful—a clear blue sky and breathtaking sunset views over Cape Town made the flight absolutely unforgettable. Floating through the air with those views was pure magic! We had so much fun and are so grateful to the whole team for making our first paragliding experience such a memorable one. I would 100% do this again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town, whether it's your first flight or your tenth! Thank you guys!! :)

An absolutely brilliant experience, they kept in constant contact on the weather conditions saying there was a delay due to unexpected winds, but it was only an hour. When we got there we were greeted politely & our contact Robin was polite & respectful. Woulter the pilot was fantastic.

Don’t miss this otherworldly experience with Table Mountain Paragliding! The crew was incredibly helpful and flexible. When the weather looked like it would cancel our booked day, they reached out, rescheduled us a day earlier, and even went out of their way to pick us up from our hotel. I flew with Deniz — he was super supportive and helped me stay calm so I could actually enjoy every second. Easily the best part of our trip.

The crew was incredible. They made this first time paraglider feel confident and safe! The scenes were amazing. The ride was about 30 minutes with an amazing sunset at 6pm.

We had a great experience today with Table Mountain Paragliding. The instructors are super helpful and experienced. I was chilling it out in the air enjoying the beautiful view. I would really recommend this experience to every South African and tourist coming to the beautiful Mother City

So it was our first time in Cape Town, and when our concierge came to pick us the. Morning, my Fiancé and I had split views on paragliding. He wanted to go, and I wanted to go to Table Mountain. Anyway, he convinced me otherwise, and I wouldn't be writing this review. We arrived at Signal Hill. I would advise carrying a sweater or jacket at this point, as you have already heard of the famous Cape Town weather. We went with a few friends, and well, I was the lucky first to go. My nerves were on a high, and I didn't know what to expect. The guide gave me some instructions as the assistants strapped me in, and in a few minutes, we were running off the hill! The views were so immaculate, the mountain, the city, and the ocean all in one were very breathtaking. The landing was quite smooth & I thank God for their professionalism. Right after landing, I got all my photos and videos straight to my phone, and what a wonderful feeling it was. The adrenaline is completely worth it! Thank me later! The length of the whole experience was like half an hour from arriving at Signal Hill, take off to landing at Sea Point. The fee was 2,000R per person.

Our flying guides/partners were the best! We felt very safe and had so much fun. We had an easy take off and a smooth landing. We were even given the chance to steer if we wanted. The time in the air was quite long and there were stunning views. Highly recommend!

Great communication from this team. They care about safety and will constantly be in contact with you in case of any changes. The flight is beautiful. You almost want to do it again after the first one just to take it in! It feels like it ends so quickly.

Outstanding, must do activity in Cape Town. This was so thrilling and exciting. You must buy the photos and videos of your flight as you are not allowed to use your phone as you paraglide over houses and flats! If you do not you will regret it as you gets loads of pictures and videos of your flight Customer service was amazing. Robyn is a credit to the company as any issues we had due to the weather, wind (too much and lack of) were overcome and a date that suited was found. Would I do another paraglide with Table Mountain Paragliding, absolutely!

This tour is a must do in Cape Town, the view that you get is beyond amazing, The operator and guide were simply phenomenal, their knowledge about the city and surrounds were paramount. I couldn't of asked for anything more. I felt safe and secure the whole trip!

Exciting and a great experience. Was not at all as frightening as I thought it may be and was assured by William the tandem instructor it was safe and nothing to worry about. Totally agree with him and loved the time in the air including being given the opportunity to take control !!!

This is a must do experience!! Conquer your fears if you have them! I am so glad I did. I was terrified on the way up the mountain and was trying to talk myself out of it. I am so glad I didn’t. I felt so safe with Herman. Such a beautiful and freeing experience. I always wanted to fly like a bird and this was it. My only regret is I didn’t do this my first day in Cape Town. I literally would have done it each and every day!!!

Definitely something to put on the to-do list for Cape Town. The pilots are thorough and experienced — we felt comfortable the whole flight down the mountain and over the buildings of Sea Point. We would do it again for sure and recommend it to others.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I showed up at Signal Hill and was flying above Cape Town five minutes later. The staff was very friendly and my tandem partner was helpful and had tons of experience. Overall an amazing excursion!

Its fun and eazy for everybody. Good organized. My flight lasted only 3 min. The weather and wind conditions were excellent on Monday 3rd of March 2025, but my pilot Francois Miog landet me very very quicly ....... I have done the same thing in Peru (Lima) and the pilot kept me up for 25min !!!! That for I was a little dissapointed.

Fabulous experience. These guys know what they're doing. They make the flight so special and safety is paramount. They are also real nice people.

The activity was not done due to weather restrictions so the operator is refunding as l was visiting and won’t be able to reschedule
