Time and money well spent on one of our favorite days in South Africa. Anesu, our knowledgeable guide, got to know our interests and tailored the day to our delight! The conversations were both fun and informative and he pointed out areas along the way that explained both the history and culture of the Cape. He was so professional and interesting we booked a second tour to visit some lesser known places in the city. Don’t hesitate! Anesu is the Man!

We had the absolute pleasure of being driven around the beautiful vineyards of Cape Town, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, our driver was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating.

If you ever wanted a wine tour that comes with a great driver disguised as a tour guide, fun history class, stand up comedy, and a TED Talk you did not ask for but absolutely needed, book Anesu. We toured Delaire Graff, Babylonstoren, and Tokara in Stellenbosch. The drive from our hotel in Cape Town to the vineyards, was entertaining. By the time we reached the first vineyard I knew the geological history of the mountains, the neighborhoods by name, the political history of South Africa, current economic conditions, future projections, and probably the life story of the grapes themselves. I am fairly certain one Cabernet greeted him by name. To his credit, the commentary was fantastic. Not the boring memorize and repeat tour guide script. Real explanations about South Africa today, culture, people, and the good and complicated parts. We came for wine tasting and accidentally got educated. I didn't expect to get smarter on vacation. The wineries were stunning, the wines were excellent. My top pick is Delaire Graff. The food at the Delaire Graff restaurant was excellent. Gourmet cooking. Anesu says he also does all types of private tours across South Africa, but honestly, wine tours might be his favorite, unless we are his favorite guests, of all time, which after a full day of nonstop conversation, I am convinced he has already told someone else we are. We will absolutely book him again next visit. Looking forward to that already!

We had an amazing time on the Capelands Winery Tour! Our guide, Talent, was fantastic – so knowledgeable about Cape Town and South Africa, and he made the whole experience really enjoyable. The wines were excellent, and our meal at Rust en Vrede was outstanding – the steak was especially delicious. Overall, a truly memorable experience. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting!

He made excellent suggestions and recommendations but also tailored it to us so that it was personal for each day. He was reasonable and trustworthy and will use him again on my next visits! Wow! We had the BEST time with Anesu! We booked him for a full day of wine tasting in Stellenbosch as well as a tour of the cape. Anesu is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and was truly the highlight of our trip. He made us feel very comfortable and shared historical information as well as some great laughs and recommendations during our tour. We learned a lot about Anesu during our drives. He taught us about his culture, customs and traditional, did a brief language lesson with us, and just overall was a great guide and resource during our stay. He studied tourism and made a career is hospitality. You can tell he loves his job and is very very good at it. I would give him 10 stars if possible. We booked an extremely last minute wine tasting tour with Anesu. By the next morning he had our 4 tastings booked and even offered a 5th. We had already consumed enough wine. Highly recommend as his flexibility made for a great day. Our favorite winery was Rust en Vrede Wine. Great communication, arrived on time and his BMW was spotless

We lucked out in finding Anesu, who was recommended to us by the hotel concierge. He was fun and so knowledgeable about the whole area and its history. The best tour guide/driver we had the whole trip.

We did a day trip from Cape Town to Stellenbosch and stopped at 2 wineries (the tasting pours are MUCH larger than they are in the US). The tour was excellent and Anesu was a knowledgeable and entertaining guide!!

Amazing tour. Our guide was amazing and actually showed us some of the best spots we visited during our stay (Go see graff vineyard, beautifully placed between mountains). We will use again when we are back in SA. Reasonably priced as well. Gave us good insight into the people and South African culture and history.

Aneso was the BEST tour guide I had in Cape Town! He is so knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor that made our tours informative and FUN!!! He took us on a tour of the wine lands, paragliding, Monkey Town, Cheetah Encounter, whale watching and sky diving over the course of 3 days. Whale watching and sky diving were not on my radar until Aneso made the suggestion and it was so worth it! We had a once in a lifetime experience with Aneso and made a life long friend! I highly recommend his services and tour suggestions. You will not be disappointed!

Anesu is an excellent tour guide, I would highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, very friendly, and I enjoyed that our tour was tailor made for the whole family so even the kids were entertained.

Anesu was an amazing guide who took care of everything! He recommended some of the best local wineries and took care of all of the arrangements. All we had to do was show up. We did the upgraded option with the Mercedes and arrived every where in style 😁. We had an amazing time at each winery and enjoyed our convos with Anesu in between. Can't say enough good things about Anesu and this tour, book it, you won't regret it!
