Was cancelled first day but rearranged and kept in constant communication. Next day we went saw a couple of sharks 20-30 minutes in the water each. Better view of sharks top deck but in the cage still an awesome experience

Itinerary
On this day that you'll never forget, get picked up early from your hotel and travel to Gansbaai. Enjoy a simple breakfast with an overview of the day ahead as well as a safety briefing. Then sail to the famous Shark Alley, so named by Portuguese seafarers in the 15th-century because of its incredible high population of Great Whites. Here, the captain will drop anchor, because it's time to begin your cage dive! If you're not feeling adventurous enough to get into the cage, don't worry, you can also experience the amazement from the deck of the boat.
After approximately 2 - 3 hours at sea, return to Gansbaai Harbor. On your journey, catch glimpses of some of the extraordinary life around these waters including various bird-life, seals, sharks, and possibly even a whale or 2! Once you return to Gansbaai, enjoy a relaxing lunch and watch the DVD of your travels. Here you will receive your dive certificates for being an cage diver, then return to Cape Town around 5pm.

Fantastic service and food. Staff are very friendly and take time to explain dishes and degrees of spice levels. If you want dishes to have an extra kick then they will accommodate this.
DO NOT BOOK with this tour operator. Booked the shark cage diving for 10th April. It got postponed twice during my holiday. Never actually got to go on it. Then the tour operator has gone, quiet, silent and not responding to my request for refund. Have now escalated and trying to get refund as service was not provided. Shocking that they stop communicating, and yet take the tourists money without providing the tour.
A wonderful trip, a couple of hours outside Cape Town. It is the best spot for seeing sharks, although Great Whites not as common as they once were - rumours that Orcas have seen them off in recent years. The boat was crowded, but everyone got at least one chance to descend into the cage. Water clarity wasn't brilliant on the day, but we got up close to six or seven bronze whaler sharks, so had clear views. The crew were very good and knew their stuff, so made the most of the conditions. Onboard equipment was clean and in good condition, which made the colder-than-usual water a comfortable experience. An exciting day, not to be missed.
Nice experience, no whites but enjoyed. Nice hot shower afterwards to help warm up. Run smooth and efficiently.
I called them the day before the tour because I had not heard of a pick up time at my hotel, they told me the tour was cancelled because of the weather (25 degrees and sunny forecast) and Expedia should have contacted me. I then called Expedia and they had not heard anything about the cancellation. I’d using avoid this company.
Very well organised; the crew was very helpful & friendly; and of course the sharks were absolute stars :) Total adrenaline rush.
Other than the fact we were picked up at 2am everything went well. We were driven to Gansaii given a safety briefing and a wet suit with goggles. We were taken out in the boat to shark alley and eight at a time climbed into the cage. Your head is out of the water and when the spotter yells shark to the right you take a deep breath and duck under the water. My only problem was try ing to take a picture while I was doing this. The sharks don't stay still but I did manage to get two pictures of them. After it is over and your are back on land they give a small breakfast.
Not as scary as I thought it would be. We saw 8 sharks in all. The cage never leaves the side of the boat. As a photographer I did get some very nice pictures and there is some video taping so you can get a DVD when it is over.
Trip has a very early start but they provide a breakfast when you arrive, about a 2 hour drive. They run over the security and what to do and expect- very funny guy! The water can be choppy, so remember that Dramamine! They hadn't seen any great whites in about a week due to orcas in the area, but as soon as the first cage went in, there they were- amazing! (Bring a go-pro!). I didn't go in but got some amazing shots from the top deck. All wet suits provided and boots but in June the water was very cold ( my main reason for not getting in!). The cages go down with 4 people at a time for approx 20 minutes each, then you switch groups. Each group gets 2 turns. Then it's back to the facility for hot soup and rolls before heading back to Cape town. Amazing experience, well worth your money.
First boat out to shark area, had bronze whaler sharks around us in minutes ,six in all from start to finish. My wife has disability problems but the crew were caring and helped her in and out of cage which my wife absolutely loved, great experience.
This is advertised as diving with great whites - nothing is further from the truth - there are no great whites where they go - as well the sharklady business tells you when you arrive at 6am in the morning AFTER you have booked it that there haven’t been any white pointers for 18 months. They will also give you the story that they saw one yesterday to give u some hope. The only place to see them now is apparently in south Australia!!

Nice and scary. Unfortunately we had to wait long time to se one shark. No one to blame about it. It was a different experience. A nice one

The Disadvantages:
First of all the displayed photo along with the tour is totally a fake.
The water clarity is too bad, you will not see more than 2m ahead. The cage is not for one person, it is for group of people together we were 6.
Secondly, it is not a scuba diving, the scenario is the cage will be close to the boat and part of it above the water surface, when the shark come close to the boat, someone will shout, so you will take a deep breath and free dive under water to have a quick look on the shark if it is close enough to you remember the water clarity is too bad.
Thirdly, the boat is not that luxury, I believe it is a fishing boat.
The Advantages: You would see obviously the shark while you stand on the boat, since it comes to the surface of water around the boat.
Eventually, my advise is, if it is the first time for you to see the white shark, yes go ahead, otherwise, I do not advise you to take it.

We did not see any sharks...wrong time of year. However, the company gave me and my friend vouchers to return at any time. We will definitely return!!

An amazing, exciting experience, I saw sharks, dolphin and birds that made my day very happy
So exciting in itself and was fun. It’s a pity that you do a lot of “White Shark” advertising, but get to see it is rather rare. Otherwise, great experience. - A bigger boat for 20 people would also be good.
Compared to others, the price is attractive. We've seen a lot of sharks but no white sharks. The experience was still extraordinary. We stayed long enough, the time the whole group spent, so the other boats had time to leave, so all the sharks came to our boat. We had the opportunity to dive several times for those who wished.
Absolutely brilliant experience. Great and experienced crew with top knowledge. Perfectly organized, from the pick-up to the actual cage diving to the transfer back to the accommodation. All professionals who make it a unique experience. Thank you for that!!!!
The truth had greater expectation but it would be unfair to say that it was not good, we saw about 8 sharks (only 2 white) the cage always attached to the boat and did not immerse you with equipment, if only with a mask you immerse your head.
