Excellent tour. We visited 3 wineries and tasted many wines. The area around Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, and Paarl is beautiful. Our guide, Esaudore, was very pleasant knowledgeable. We had a great time, thank you!

Guide was very good. Laid out history of South Africa from Portuguese ”discovery“ to today. Brought to a couple of nice wineries and fantastic restaurant for lunch.

Had an amazing time with our tour guide Esaudore, touring the wineries and amazing country side and mountains. Esaudore provided us information on area we toured and being from area learnt alot about the Western Cape. The wineries chosen were wonderful and wide variety. Would highly recommend this tour.

The wine tasting tour was very enjoyable. The operator, and guide on the day, were both flexible with plans, and our guide (Esuador) soon assessed our priorities, stopping for an incredible lunch, at a stunning location. Esuador was very knowledgeable, and happy to share this with us.

Best tour yet. Esaudore was our tour guide and he had a wealth of knowledge on Cape Town, Stellenbosch, winelands, and the history of South Africa. We enjoyed listening to his commentary and he took us everywhere we wanted to go and more. We would even jokingly say we wanted to see a zebra and he would show us a zebra! Definitely book this tour and get everything you could ask for and more. Wine stops were amazing and he threw in a couple extra places that we requested and that he thought we would enjoy (which we did). Highly recommend

Tanya crafted this tour personally to us ! We like to sightsee as well as wine tasting and we got both! We enjoyed the wines, but most importantly, we saw this beautiful land that we had been craving for long time. We will never forget this beautiful Cape Town Winery trip and highly recommended to everyone!

Our guide was great! Very informative and friendly! A nice beautiful relaxing outing for those looking for a private tour away from the busier areas.

I did a lot of research and our guide Hyman helped me narrow some vineyards down, but also kept track of time and we ended up seeing everything I wanted to. We started our tour at Fairview Vineyard in Paarl with a mountain hike guided by farmer Donald who is the manager of 27 years there followed by their tasting with six cheeses that were delicious, and then we saw the language monument. We went to several vineyards in Stellenbosch and also Franschoek. It was great to see the whole area and still get some tastings in - each vineyard has a different look and charm, so it really is nice to just go in look around and take a few minutes and go see a few. We also went to Waterford at the end of our tour and it’s beautiful driving in there, but I wasn’t crazy about the Jem and their Cabernet was not very good. We opted not to take up time dining at any of the vineyards, but rather just had some cheese plates with our tasting. The company was extremely easy to work with and agreed to pick us up early so we could start our hike at Fairview at 9 AM and we just paid extra for the time as well as returning a little bit later.

We had a lovely day touring the wine farms of Cape Town! Tanya was informative, fun and catered the tour to fit our interests. We mentioned we wanted to make the tour one that incorporated 2 or 3 wine stops as opposed to walking through Stellenbosch and Franschhoek (we did "drive throughs" instead), and she created a plan to visit 3 unique wine farms and delicious tastings. The scenery is just gorgeous in the area, and we were so glad to have Tanya with us, narrating along the way! We would highly recommend to anyone that wants to visit this beautiful region!

This is a great experience. Able to tailor make it based on your preferences. My husband I went on the tour and we are not big wine drinkers but wanted to try many different kinds and see different areas. Our guide Tanya was very friendly, a good driver, and very knowledgeable about the different towns and wineries. She came prepared to pick us up from our accommodations with different bookings at different wineries and was able to keep the reservations that interested us most. Overall would highly recommend.

Esaudore provided a great tour that included wine tastings at two estates (Stellenbosch & Paarl) and a visit to Franschhoek for lunch.

Hyman our guide was excellent, although the pre tour organisation could have been better. Was told to be picked up at the wrong hotel and no local pre tour contact. Understand that the gentlemen running this local business is over 80, time to pass on the baton, maybe Hyman should take on the business, he was 1st class

What a lovely day we had with Esaudor! Esaudor shared so much history about the region, which helped put all of the places we visited into context. We loved the wineries that we visited and really appreciated the opportunity to see the towns and Stellenbosch University. I'm really glad we had this chance to get outside Cape Town and see the surrounding area. We also got to see where Mandela took his final steps to freedom which was incredibly moving. Hearing Esaudor talk about what it was like to be a South African that day made the experience so meaningful. Thank you for a wonderful day, Esaudor! I highly recommend this tour!

Hyman was a knowledgeable and insightful guide. A great tour to visit local wineries with beautiful scenery.

The cooperation of our driver who agreed to our request to change the seemingly-all-wine-tasting program which we had no interest in, to a pleasant day exploring the wine -growing towns and countryside outside of Cape Town. Good conversation and a comfortable vehicle also added to our positive feelings about the tour. It definitely was good value for our time and money.

Waterford winery was a stop with our favourite wines of the entire day. Damian was amazing as our guide for tasting and so very helpful. Delaire Graff was absolutely stunning scenery, top notch food and the most amazing staff. They made our special day more than memorable… we will never forget them… ever! The scenery in this area is amazing! Our guide Tanya is such a lovely woman and very informative. We were surprised that she sat with us on the wine tours, but she can offer a lot. She is very knowledgeable about the wineries the area and South African history. Ivan was amazing in recommending additional wineries and a place for lunch. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this tour company !

Esaudore was an excellent guide, patient and flexible for our requested photo stops, very informative and good company. Spring flowers and gardens were a highlight. Since this was our first day after a long flight, we minimized our wine tastings. The wines that we tried were excellent.

My husband and I enjoyed the 3 wineries on this private tour. Each were on beautiful estates with breath taking views that required reservations. Our guide gave us the history of each winery and the region. It was an exclusive experience that we really enjoyed!

The tour was awesome. Steven provided a narrative of the three winery areas and asked us for our wine favorites in order to pick the wineries best suited to our tastes. Steven had great picks. We really enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it.

What an incredible trip! I had an amazing tour with Steven of Cape Town wine country. Steven is kind, knowledgeable and just a wonderful guide. His knowledge of the area and the various wineries was really instrumental in making our trip a success. He helped tailor our experience to exactly what we were wanting. The pickup process was easy, and Steven was on-time (early!) and his car was clean and comfortable. I found Steven to be engaging and informative, and he definitely knows the ins and outs of the area. While I would absolutely recommend the wine tour, I would strongly encourage you to request Steven as your guide - he really made the experience memorable for us.

Tasting at 3 totally different vineyards. We tried some white wines that we would never have chosen on our own and found we really really enjoyed them. We had a relaxing day that went at our pace.

Steven made our experience so wonderful. We shared our expectations and he customized our itinerary to fit our needs. Steven is truly experienced and had lots to share. A perfect weather day to shoot photos and a surprise ending to wrap up some history discussions.

we had a great day visiting the wineries with Isadore. He arranged our visits so that we would each get the wines we prefer (whites for my husband, reds for me), and noticed how much we enjoyed the outdoor settings and tailored our trip accordingly. Really great day!

Our guide Steven was incredible. He organized tastings based on our preference and the wine selection was delightful. He also setup lunch for us at La Petite Ferme which was delicious. We appreciated his extensive knowledge of Cape Town history and educating us. Would absolutely recommend this activity to others.

This is a really great way to see some premier cape town vineyard's. Our guide Fanny was remarkable and if we come back we would nsist on having her take us wherever we went The real benefit of a tour where you get to choose your wine selection makes t much more enjoyable and the prices are very reasonable Fanny was able to get us a tasting of wines not on the regular wine selection and allowed us to compare the same wine but different vintages. It was a most memorable experience.

We went on the Private Full-Day Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl Wine Tour from Cape Town with Steven in October. The tour was a perfect mix of old wineries, a peaceful drive through the countryside, and history. We also stopped at the Nelson Mandela statue near Drakenstein Correctional Centre and ate at La Petite Ferme in Franschhoek. We strongly recommend this tour with Steven if you have the time. He was attentive to our needs and interests and balanced in his desire to make us feel comfortable and at ease with South Africa.
