Our driver, Ambrose, was fantastic. Friendly, polite, always on time, and very knowledgeable about the region's history, routes, and hidden gems. We felt completely safe with him behind the wheel, even on winding mountain roads. Highly recommend this company, and ask for Ambrose if you can. The company is responsive at all hours, even late at night, and give genuinely useful, informed advice throughout. They are careful to work around flight times and hotel check-in and check-out times, which makes everything run smoothly.

I’ve used this company before for airport transfers in Cape Town, and they are consistently brilliant. Friendly, reliable and professional. Our driver this time was Garth, and even though we weren’t on a tour, he made the airport transfer to the city feel like it, due to his incredible knowledge of Cape Town and his friendliness and enthusiasm. The next time I come I want to do a full day tour and really make the most of Garth’s knowledge!

First of all, they were the first tour guides we saw when we exited customs at the airport, holding up a sign with my name in it. We had a total of 24 suitcases, and 18 carry-ons bags, and all of them fit in their trailer. The drivers were very familiar with the roads, and gave us the best of Cape Town. Thanks to Morkel for the superb service.

It was easy to communicate with the provider. They also let me know that the transfer product/option I selected was not the right one for my needs so I was able to request the correct vehicle type for our family of 4 plus all our luggage. The van was clean and our driver, Mr. David, was friendly and prompt. He was there even before the pick-up time to ensure he could find parking by our hotel which was on St. George's Mall, a pedestrian street.

We used this company to transfer from CPT to the Cape Town Cruise Terminal. Their driver Orion was friendly, professional and on time. It was literally door to door service as handled all of the luggage at the airport and again at the cruise terminal. He even had a bottle of water for my wife. I really appreciate their communication prior to our arrival.

Bradley was professional, patient, prompt and a protector. He had water for us when he picked us up from the airport. He stayed with us while we when we went to a restaurant, a winery, the dunes & the beach. He let us know what time he thought we should be picked up for certain things to make sure we were on time. He is very kind and mild mannered. I could go on and on. We would totally hire him as a driver in the future.

Absolutely amazing! Bradley was literally the best driver we could have asked for. We went on a girls trip and Bradley drove us around with no complaints. He kept a smile on his face and was so friendly, funny, and helpful. When we arrived at the airport he had our name on sign, gave us a tour, was patient, took multiple forms of payment, and gave us tips on what to expect on our trip. He was there anytime we needed a ride without a complaint. He wasn’t pushy and we all felt safe with him. He was a complete gentleman. We will definitely book him again on our next trip.
