My driver did not show up and I was unable to get in touch with anyone. I had to take a taxi instead.

Great service to use. If you don’t know the area or what taxi service is like, this gives you comfort that on arrival there will be someone to meet you.

The company that was supposed to pick us up at the airport change drivers at the last minute and he was late. We waited for over an hour for him. And then he was like a rabbit going through the airport to the parking garage upper ramp to the second floor. It would’ve been nice to have a picture a name of the person that was supposed to pick us up. I don’t blame Viator but the tour company that picked us up but viato arrange them.

Our driver communicated very well during his wait at the airport. We got stuck in a customs que that took 1-1/2 hours to get through. The driver communicated and was very pleasant during the entire drive to the hotel.

Our driver was punctual, even arriving early. We were very sorry that we did not receive the message from him to say he was waiting as we had trouble with our data access. He was a personable and capable driver and got us to the airport with time to spare. His car was clean, modern and spacious for the two of us.

Our flight to CPT was delayed 2.5 hours. We were exhausted and concerned after 17 hours of traveling. Still our driver was there to meet us…with a smile which allowed us to have a stress free ride to our hotel. Thank you!

On time and a good driver, communicated well as we were coming out of the airport. Drove well and knew exactly where we were headed.

My flight arrived about 20 minutes early but baggage claim handlers took over 45 minutes to get our bags onto the carousel since 3 flights had arrived at around the same time. I saw my driver Jimmy holding a sign with my name waiting for me in the arrivals meeting area shortly after I had left the customs control area. He took my bag and escorted me to his car in the paid parking area, and drove me safely to my hotel.

Izzy was fantastic the plane was late but Izzy waited for us. We got to where we staying their were different gates and locations but he was fine and just went with flow until we were right. Thank you Very clean and modern car

We were in Cape Town for 5 days in September 2022. It was an amazing time. Every day we went on an excursion together with the Company THE GREAT SOUTH ADVENTURE CLUB. Nadeem and Belal made our stay in Cape Town unforgettable. We were on Table Mountain, watching penguins and whales, were on safari, at the Cape of Good Hope. Separately, I would like to say about our guide Belal. A very interesting guide. He talks a lot and interestingly about South Africa, about Cape Town, about everything. Interesting, educated, attentive, punctual man. It was never boring with him. He told about everything, answered all the questions, showed the most interesting places. And a nice bonus - he treated his honey and very tasty "pies" that his beautiful mother cooked. The trip to Cape Town left the best impressions. It's all thanks to Nadim and Belal. We got into Cape Town at 9PM and wanted to go shark cage diving the next morning. Nadeem worked extremely hard and was able to get us booked with White Shark Diving Co. the next morning. He arranged a driver, Bilal, to take us to Gansbaai (Approx. 2 hours away) and back. Bilal was a great driver, very knowledgeable and took us to see the penguins at Betty’s Bay. The shark cage diving experience was amazing and I would say it is a must do if you are traveling to Cape Town. White Shark Diving Co. provided breakfast before going out and lunch after we returned from the experience. On the trip we saw 7 separate sharks that we each ~9’ long. We were able to get in the water on two separate occasions to see the sharks. The experience was not as frightening as it sounds. Being behind the bars of the steel cage I never felt as though I was in danger. I would highly recommend The Great South Adventure Club and the White Shark Diving Co. for anyone’s next trip to South Africa.

This was the best tour I had in my life. Capetown itself is a stunning place but when your tour guide adds from his deep historical knowledge and stories all around Cape and throug the tour it adds a wonderful dimension. Really enjoyed a wonderful day tour and definitely recommend and going to do it again. Thank you so much for the unforgettable day ❤️

I booked with Nadeem a half day tour to Cape of Good Hope. They tour was beyond my expectations as we had a local guide who not only told us about Cape of Good Hope but as well about the history of Cape Town. On top of that we had a very clean car. For my next stay in Cape Town I will definetly book the services of Nadeem again.

Nadeem and Mr Khan were excellent hosts and made our trip to Cape Town. They were so knowledgeable about the history of Cape Province and were able to direct us to the best resaurants, vineyards and local amenities. We were in very safe hands with them. We used The Great South Adventure Club for a whale watching excursion during a free day on our trip to South Africa. They booked us with the whale watching company and drove us from Cape Town to Hermanus and back. Our guide worked hard to provide a memorable trip including a beautiful scenic drive. Really enjoyed the Cape of good hope. The boulder beach was something unique. Seal Island was beautiful, with the view as well. A wonderful day in Capetown!
