Penguins, Cape Of Goodhope Chapmans Peak Drive Tour

We had an excellent half-day tour visiting Boulders Beach, Cape Point and enjoying the beautiful scenic drive along the coast. Our guide was punctual, friendly and courteous, with excellent local knowledge throughout. What could otherwise have been a relatively simple itinerary was made genuinely interesting and enjoyable by his commentary and insights along the way. A very professional and personable guide, and we would happily recommend him to others visiting Cape Town

This tour was incredible, and my parents and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. It was easily the highlight of our trip to South Africa. We had the opportunity to see so much of the area, and our guide, Anesu, shared a wealth of knowledge about South African history and culture. It was a pleasure getting to know him, and we enjoyed exchanging stories and learning about each other’s backgrounds. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cape Town. Although the tour lasts about eight hours, the time passed quickly because there was always something interesting to see and learn. We visited the Penguin Colony, Cape Point, the Cape of Good Hope, Chapman's Peak, and Camps Bay. Since we finished early and the weather was ideal, Anesu suggested a visit to Table Mountain and even dropped us off there, which was a fantastic way to end the day.

Anesu it’s an incredible guy. He has a very funny personality and used it to entertain us while he taught us about everything we saw on her journey.He also gave us firsthand accounts of life in his village. We would highly recommend spending the day with him.

This was such a fun tour! Our driver Anesu Mangwiro was awesome! He was fun, he was respectful, he was informative and kind. He gave us the best tour of the Cape Town area and we got to go to the gardens and the penguins and all of the main touristy attractions. We learned a lot about the cultures and history of the surrounding areas in and around Cape Town. This was the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend!!

We had an absolutely wonderful day tour with Anesu and truly enjoyed every moment of the experience. Although the weather was unfortunately very poor and resulted in the closure of the Table Mountain visit, Anesu handled the situation exceptionally well. He was resourceful, proactive, and quick to suggest alternative plans for our consideration, while also making all the necessary arrangements smoothly on the spot. His professionalism and flexibility ensured that we still had a memorable and enjoyable day despite the unexpected changes. We truly appreciate the wonderful day we spent with Anesu and are very thankful for the joy and laughter he brought to our Cape Town experience. As we leave Cape Town soon, we would like to wish him all the very best for the future. He is a fantastic guide and a genuinely lovely person to spend time with.

Anesu was the perfect guide for our family of four for a wonderful day in the Cape Peninsula. He catered the itinerary to cover the activities we were most interested in and obviously knew how to adjust the day to minimize wait times and best manage crowds. He did a great job engaging my teenagers and made sure that the entire family had fun. What I appreciated the most was his willingness to share his personal life stories, which added an incredibly rich dimension to our time in Cape Town. Kelvin took us for two full days of exploring whilst we were in Cape Town for our honeymoon. He was recommended to us by friends who had done tours with him whilst travelling and we absolutely loved every minute, I can absolutely see why they insisted we book with him! We felt so safe and relaxed the whole time and Kelvin thought us so much about the history and traditions of South Africa. We skipped all the queues by doing a private tour and got to squeeze in some restaurants that we wanted to visit in the middle of our tours! Kelvin went above and beyond to make our experience extremely special and memorable. We hope to come back to Cape Town and meet him again some day soon!

Our family of six had the best time exploring the Cape Peninsula with Anesu! We started with a boat trip to Seal Island, followed by lunch and feeding the ostriches as we made our way to the Cape of Good Hope. On the return trip, we stopped to see the penguins. Everything was absolutely beautiful and so much fun—but it was made 100x better by our incredible and hilarious driver, Anesu. He kept all six of us—ranging in age from 7 to 51—completely engaged and laughing the entire time with his amazing humor and storytelling. This tour was a highlight of our trip to Cape Town, and we would 1000% recommend it to anyone visiting!

We did a half day tour of the Cape of Good Hope with Anesu. He was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable and able to adjust the tour to our needs throughout the day. We had a 6 year old and 14 year in our group and he was very good at keeping them engaged and interested. When he realized that a large number of our group was easily motion sick, he changed plans to avoid a windy road and instead took us to an ostrich farm which the kids enjoyed. He was patient and we never felt pressured for time throughout the day. At the end of the tour when one of our party left an item behind in his van, he was kind enough to come back to the hotel and make sure it was dropped off before we checked out the next morning. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing day exploring the Cape Peninsula on this full-day tour. The itinerary was packed with beautiful stops. From penguins at Boulders Beach, charming beach side towns, and an excellent 45 minute mini-hike at the Cape of Good Hope. Anesu, our guide and driver, was excellent! Friendly, funny, and full of local knowledge. He kept the day relaxed and well-organized, and even squeezed in a bonus trip up to Table Mountain for 90 minutes since we had some extra time due to not getting to visit Bo-Kaap (a city-wide marathon or race was blocking the roads). The views up Table Mountain really topped it off. We highly recommend this tour - and if you get Anesu as your guide, you're in great hands!
