The experience was out of this work , I felt like a little one on a tour what a great experience it was and Ordain is very patient and gave us the memorable experience 🔥🔥🔥🔥
11/10 experience. Guide was friendly. Understood everything about the trip from pick up to drop off.
Ordain was very knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed the flexibility of having a private tour for such a large coverage of experiences!
We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Travel Guides from Cape Town, thanks to our guide, Ordain. He took our family (myself, my wife, and our nine-year-old son) on a full-day tour of the Cape of Good Hope, and from start to finish, everything was exceptional. Ordain was punctual, professional, and incredibly welcoming. The entire day felt relaxed and unhurried—we never once felt rushed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The itinerary was fantastic. He took us to see the penguins and to an ostrich farm, which was a lot of fun, especially for our son. We saw LOTS of wildlife throughout the day. Ordain always made a point of finding the best spots for photos and even took many great pictures for us, which we really appreciated. His knowledge of South Africa’s history, culture, and landmarks was impressive, and he shared it in a way that was engaging for both adults and our son. He struck the perfect balance between being informative and easygoing, making the tour both educational and fun. We enjoyed our time with him so much that we booked him again. Ordain went above and beyond by helping us arrange a shark cage diving experience. He handled all the logistics, drove us there, ensured we arrived with plenty of time, and once again made the entire day seamless and stress-free. On the way back, he continued to enhance the experience by pointing out additional sights and offering to show us other interesting areas—all without any sense of rushing. The vehicle was comfortable, the pacing was perfect, and Ordain was simply a pleasure to spend time with—a true gentleman and an exceptional tour guide. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly set him apart. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend Ordain to anyone visiting Cape Town. He made our trip unforgettable. Thank you Ordain!! Stev, Nina and Alex from Canada
Our trip was lovely, everything was done on time according to the schedule that was provided. We had a great time touring the cape of good hope, we enjoyed every bit of this.
Thanks to Ordain allowing me a time for the sketch of Cape of Good Hope from Cape Point ! Fun time ! ! ! 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
We did this tour on a wet cold day with poor visibility. We were given opportunities to do the usual tour. Ordain personalised the tour to make the most of the day. We ended up with a wine tasting at Constantia Wines for a tasting, We had a fantastic day!

The trip was amazing. The views were really beautiful and Ordain was the best guide. He is very timely and organized and gave us the best experience.
We spent two wonderful days in the company of Ordain, who took us from Cape Town Central to the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point, and then up to Simon's Town to visit the Boulder's Beach penguins. We made a number of stops along the way, learning about the history and landscape along the way. On day two, we toured Langa township, then continued on to Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, again with stops along the way for wine tasting, sightseeing and a little shopping. We ended our day with a visit to a crocodile farm. Throughout it all, Ordain was warm, informative, and accommodating. He was a great conversationalist and clearly had deep knowledge he was eager to share. We heartily recommend him (and, in fact, have to others traveling to Cape Town). We also have begun to plan another trip to Cape Town with friends and hope to use Ordain as guide once again.
Absolutely enjoyed this your!!! Ordain is Professional and highly knowledgeable about the local history Did the hike to Cape of Good hope light house, saw the penguin colony and various view points. Ordain gave a excellent narrative about the history involved and he took to enjoyed a local restaurant to enjoy the delicious ostrich lunch. Penguin colony was amazing.
Got a private tour with Ordain yesterday since I'm the only guest joining the tour. He's a very professional tour guide who gave detailed explanation regarding his country, South Africa along with the history of sites we visited. At the end of the tour he even gave me a walking tour if Bo Kaap & Long street for free! Join this tour if u want an unforgettable experience in Cape Town!
This is an outstanding tour and we adapted it by adding a lovely visit to the penguin viewing at Boulders Bay and a short tour of some of the main sights in the city of Cape Town including Bo Kaap, plus a few very interesting short stops on the way out and back. This made a long day but an amazing day. Ordain is an excellent guide and could not have done any more than he did. He was punctual, friendly, very helpful and flexible ( including being open to us adding on the visit to Boulders Bay and the city tour and the stops) and is extremely knowledgeable about so many aspects of the tour.We needed a minivan which was comfortable and air conditioned.
I was referred to Ordain by a friend who had just come from SA and immediately I reached out virtually,Ordain was of excellent help and helped me plan my 7 days itinerary, he was with us for 7 days, always on time, knows the history of literally everything in SA..he would go out of his way to even literally take us shopping..He is very professional ,fun to be around and can take you anywhere you would want to go..I highly recommend Ordain for your transport and guiding in Capetown..Def came out with a longtime friend and looking forward to going back..
We have had a great day on the fulltime day tour to Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope. Our guide Ordain Hove was very kind and had a lot of knowledge of Capetown, the surroundings and history. He was able to answer all our questions very well. An other thing we liked about this tour with Ordain Hove was his flexibility in the duration of the stops. He also made a reservation for lunch, which was very nice. We had a great day and learned a lot about Capetown and the history. Thank you!
Ordain was professional from the get go. Arrived in a superb air conditioned mini van, compete with WiFi, to keep the children happy. He took us on a tour to Cape of good hope and Cape point. Along the way we took in some magnificent sites, met a sea lion, had an amazing lunch and even stopped at a diamond factory with our own private tour. Nothing was too much for Ordain. I would definitely recommend him. If we return to Cape town we'll be sure to get in touch. Many thanks Family Hayward January 2020
I was referred to Ordain Prestige Tours by a co-worker who visited SF for a lifeguard conference. We met Ordain at the hotel and he was our guide for all 3 days in Cape Town. He was absolutely wonderful and took care of our every need. Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The Cape tour is beautiful and it's made even better by Ordain's narration and conversation. I would highly recommend my new friend, Ordain, to any traveler to Cape Town.
Ordain is an incredible gem of a tour guide - professional, knowledgeable, flexible, patient, funny and personable. We were two women traveling on our own and were a little nervous about booking a whole day distant tour with a stranger. All our concerns immediately went away when we met Ordain. Look no further! He's the perfect guide for any group. I've saved his number and will be using him again very soon with friends and family. I couldn't recommend him more highly!
Book this tour now. I've taken multiple tours of the Western Cape with other companies & this has been my best so far. Definitely not using anyone else in the future. Not only is Ordain super knowledgeable about the history of the Cape Peninsula and its people, but he was also incredibly flexible with our plan for the day and very kind and thoughtful. As two women traveling alone, safety is something we had at the top of our mind, and we couldn't have felt more secure. I can't wait to take more friends and family on tours with him. Best tour guide in Cape Town!!
Ordain drove us all around, sharing both historical background and his personal stories to help bring the sights to life, while also giving us space so it never felt intrusive. He was completely flexible to where our group wanted to go, and advised on how best to fit it in. I felt 100% confident in his driving and knowledge of the area, so we could relax and enjoy the incredible experience!
Ordain is the guy you want to take you around Cape Town! His professionalism is second to none along with his friendliness and amazing knowledge of the area! Our days spent with Ordain made an already unforgettable trip even more memorable!!!! Highly recommend!
Ordain was fantastic. Our friends had a blast seeing all the sights, and Ordain kept it fun and relaxed. Highly recommend!
Ordain was an amazing tour guide. He is very informative. I highly recommend him. Would love to experience it again.
The personal experience that Ordain gives on his tours is awesome. He not only took us to the usual tourist spots but he also took us to out of the way places we would have never known about. He taught us a lot about Capetown. The great thing is how safe he made us feel. He was always looking out for us as we were a group of women traveling alone.
Fantastic host, kind and patient and very knowledgeable. Super comfy mini van with WiFi. Took us all around Cape Town stopping at prime stops for food, photos and tourist attraction. On our way back to our accommodation we stopped at a diamond merchant, we had a tour and bought some jewellery. Would highly recommend Ordain. Visited Cape Town Xmas 2019 family of 5
Ordain did organize a great tour, also he was very flexible to fulfill special wishes. He has an extensive knowledge about South Africa's history and talent to tell stories. So we did not only see beautiful and impressive landscape, we also learned a lot about this wonderful country and had a great time.
We had a simply wonderful experience with Ordain. It was like traveling with a family friend—always kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in making us experience the best of the Cape. The day at the Cape of Good Hope was perfect: relaxed, never rushed, and full of unforgettable moments. We saw a lot of wildlife, penguins and even a fun visit to an ostrich farm, which our son loved. Ordain always found the best spots for photos and even offered to take many for us. His knowledge of South African history and culture is truly remarkable, but what makes him special is the natural and pleasant way in which he shares everything. We felt so good that we booked with him again for a shark dive—impeccable organization and perfect day. Highly recommended without any hesitation. A true professional and a wonderful person.
