Cape Town: Airport Transfers

Our Viator Driver arrived on time, very friendly and polite. Assisted in handling our heavy pieces of luggage

Our driver was amazing, very joyful and immediately offered to grab my mom's luggage and then made sure we had money and our phones set up. He also gave us some insight to the places we were driving by on way to our accomadtion. Comfortable and clean vehicle

Avril picked us up from the airport, brought us back to the airport at the end of our trip, and was our guide on other excursions (reviewed separately). For our airport pickup, we had to also get our daughter who was already in Cape Town, pick up her luggage, and then go to our hotel. Avril was so accommodating with our changing needs and making sure we got where we needed to go!

Our driver was very friendly and helpful. He loaded our luggage and made sure we were in the van as it was raining. The vehicle was perfect for us as we had three large suitcases. Great experience!

Our flight was delayed and I was only able to contact the company via Whatsapp to alert them. They responded in a very timely manner and assured us that they would wait. I wasn't even able to notify them what time we'd be arriving but they monitored the flight. The driver was waiting for us when we touched down with a nice sign. There were 8 of us with lots of luggage. He loaded all the luggage into the van alone. Though it was late, he took the long route to the hotel just so we could see a bit of the city. He gave us a history lesson and recommendations. He did an amazing job. I thought the price was reasonable as well for not having to worry about catching ubers for 8 women in a foreign country in the middle of the night. Great service!

Having visited Cape Town again, I opted for Cape Archives having been on a private full day tour to the wine region with them on my last trip. They continue to exceed expectations. While my flight was delayed, I did not have to worry about not being met at arrivals as Xavier was there. Traffic in Cape Town especially during rush hour can be long but my transfer from the airport to my hotel in central Cape Town went smoothly. Do not hesitate to book Cape Archives for all your travel needs, offering both an easy booking process and great customer service.

Vehicle (Saloon car) wasn’t big enough for our luggage so a large bag had to go on seat next to me in backseats of car. Not a problem though
