Cape Town Trail Run Lion's Head To Signal Hill Morning

The Lion’s Head and Signal Hill Trail Run has a spectacular figure-eight route, which completely circles both Lion’s Head and Signal Hill, offering constantly changing perspectives and some of the finest panoramic views in Cape Town. Set within the breathtaking Table Mountain National Park, the route passes through an area rich in endemic fynbos and natural beauty. The trail follows mostly non-technical, well-established paths, making it accessible to runners of all experience levels. Along the way, participants are rewarded with exceptional views of Cape Town, Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, the Atlantic coastline, and Table Bay. With minimal elevation gain and a distance of approximately 10 to 12 kilometres, this is a friendly and enjoyable trail run that combines outstanding scenery with an achievable challenge.
