We were running late due to fog at the port and this company worked tirelessly to adjust the pickup schedule. When we finally were able to get off the ship, our driver was waiting there to whisk us off to the airport. I didn't think we would make our flight, but their driver was able to get us to the airport quickly and safely. I highly recommend this service when you are in Cape Town.

We booked Stuart for our private airport transfers in Cape Town (arrival + departure) and it was absolutely flawless from start to finish. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and super clear, and he was easy to find at the airport with a sign – exactly what you want after a long flight. We were two couples with several large and small suitcases, and Stuart immediately jumped in to help with the luggage and made everything feel effortless. The vehicle was comfortable with plenty of space, and most importantly we felt completely safe – Stuart is a calm, excellent driver and knows the city inside out. What really set this apart was the extra care: a warm welcome, a great city map, and a practical safety flyer with genuinely useful tips and recommendations. During the drive he shared lots of local knowledge (not just “tour guide facts”) and answered all our questions – the transfer felt like the perfect first introduction to Cape Town, and the perfect last impression on the way back. Highly recommended – we would book Stuart again in a heartbeat.

Airport pick up and Transfer Stewart was waiting outside arrivals with a name sign - we found him easily and he helped us with our bags to the car. Car was very clean and offered water. Stewart was great driver and shared lots of info about Cape Town on the way to the hotel in V&A. Would highly recommend the service

We had a fantastic experience getting picked up from the airport. Our flight was delayed but there was absolutely no issues and the driver was waiting for us. We only had about 8 hours in Cape Town. George did a fantastic tour in 8 hours from Table Mountain to the Cape of Good Hope. We even saw wildlife from the area. George knew all the great places to see and visit pkus all the best routes to ensure our timely arrival back to our ship.

We really appreciated Stuart's excellent communication, and he was very accommodating. I asked him to stop at a store on our way to the hotel so I could pick up some water and he accompanied me into the store. Stuart was very responsive to message & asked about the time of pick up from the hotel to the airport, the moment the booking was confirmed. The communication channel remained opened for the one month from booking till the day of departure. On the day of pick up, Stuart arrived earlier than scheduled. He came into the hotel lobby & helped to carry my luggage into the car. There was not much traffic on a Saturday morning but there were other errant drivers on the road. Stuart is the BEST guide and driver in Cape Town. The morning we arrived in Cape Town I forgot to book an airport transfer and within minutes, he accepted our request and got us at the airport. The moment we met, I knew this was someone who cared about his guests and his city. We had booked several activities on our own but didn’t have any other transportation lined up so when we told him our itinerary he graciously accepted and took us everywhere we needed over our 4 days in Cape Town. Very smooth and welcoming start of my trip to Cape Town. The Driver was waiting for me at the airport upon my arrival and the van was very comfortable. As an extra he gave some very useful tips and pointed out certain things along the route. I arrived at my apartment quick, thanks!

Book this now! I feel like the most frustrating thing when traveling is trying to figure out how to get around. Stuart made our day with being right on time to pick my family and I up from the airport. He gave us some tips, recommendations and even some background information on Cape Town in route to our Airbnb. You may be considering catching a cab or uber from the airport instead of this, I fully recommend booking this transfer just to make your arrival much easier and stress free. We were a bit concerned with our luggage as it was 4 of us all with 1 large checked bag each, 4 carry ons AND 4 backpacks. But Stuart is basically a magician because it all fit pretty easily and we were comfortable. We even arranged our return with Stuart for a smooth departure from Cape Town. Throughout our time in Cape Town, we did utilize Ubers to get around and you’ll truly appreciate Stuart’s driving if you do so as well. Some of the uber drivers drive INSANE. With booking two tours in addition to our round trip transfer, Stuart’s driving was great and we felt extremely comfortable and safe.

The viator siper extra friendly guy was there at my arrival at the airport and even earlier he was really fast at replying to my questions! He is professional and nice and drove safely, in less than 20 mon I was T the conference centre. I would totally recomment this viator !

Driver was not there when we left the arrivals hall – I called the company and they said that we had taken too long and he left. They set the time of pick up and knew we were coming off an international flight that had to go through customs! They indicated their policy said they would only wait 45 minutes, but you can’t even get off of an airplane and get your luggage on a domestic flight in that time!

Stuart was waiting for us upon arrival with sign in hand. He was very responsive vía what’s app so we didn’t worry. He was very friendly and helped with luggage. His vehicle was clean and the right size for our group and bags. His driving was impeccable. The icing on the cake was all the information he gave us on the ride to our hotel - safety tips, places to go/eat, iconic/historical landmarks. Stuart was just phenomenal.
