The Driver communicated from beginning to picking me up from the airport from his arrival even though I was still in the air for about 16 more minutes to landing. As we drove he answered my questions and provided water. He was very cool and a good spirited person. I would definitely use their services again.
The driver was at the airport to greet me and escort me to his vehicle. The drive was pleasant and on time. Bottled water was provided inside the vehicle.
Everything went exactly as I hoped we were met upon leaving the luggage carousels and accompanied to A appropriate sized vehicle
Excellent point to point service. Highly recommended.
Felix was a great driver for us there safe and picked us back up timely 10/10. Would recommend and use again if ever in Cape Town
I was glad to have plenty of space and air conditioning when arriving to 90+ degree heat. The ride was comfortable and the driver was friendly. He stopped when we spotted animals so we could take pictures.
I am very pleased with the service I received from your company. As I exited immigration, as stated a gentleman was standing waiting for me with a sign with my name. The ride to my destination was smooth and easy. My driver was very helpful in answering any questions I had. He was also able to point out a couple of landmarks, even though it was dark. I will definitely use your service again.
We were able to quickly identify our driver upon arriving in the arrivals area. He was holding a sign with my name on it, which made him easy to spot. He was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and drove us safely and comfortably to our hotel. It was a smooth and stress-free start to our trip!
Very nice driver. He carried our bags and drove us to our destination. He was very knowledgeable about all the history on our route
Excellent experience for travelers on trips and much much more. Enjoy your transfer it was really good.
I needed a transfer from Cape Town airport to my hotel and then back to the airport the following morning. I had the same driver, Pepe (sp?), which was very convenient. Pickup was clear at the airport. Pepe is friendly and a safe driver.
Excellent service! Our driver was knowledgeable and very helpful! He arrived on time and was waiting for us when we arrived.
Easy pick up. Great communication and clean comfortable transportation
Reliable ride and friendly reception at CPT. Driver was very diligent. Saved a lot of time and energy. The cost is reasonable.
Everything went smoothly meeting my driver as soon as I got past customs. The car was very comfortable, and he shared several helpful tips for my stay in Cape Town. He also stopped to allow me to purchase a ticket for something I wanted to do that afternoon even though I did not ask for him to do so. Highly recommended and I can’t say enough about this experience
Elly was very reliable. My flight was delayed by 2 hours and he was there at the airport waiting for me.
Service was excellent. Well informed the day prior to trip with confirmation with my driver. He also texted me the morning of informing me that he was monitoring the flight schedule. We were greeted in the airport with our name on placard. The transport was smooth. Van was clean. Bags were handled and we were given historical info driving throughout the city. We also were given water bottles to have on hand while riding and extra for the hotel room. Very pleased with the service!
It was great! Easy to find our guide, Principal! And he was extremely helpful and also very knowledgeable! The trip from the airport to our hotel was smooth and we got there quickly and also enjoyed the sites along the way!
Our experience was wonderful. The driver met us right outside of customs and helped take our bags to the parking garage. There, he loaded all the bags for my family of 5 into a spacious van. We were then transported to our hotel accommodations where he waited until we were checked in then unloaded our bags from the van. The trip from the airport to the hotel was like a small tour, as our driver told us about the many great things to do and see in Cape Town. He also gave us tips about the weather, travel around town and the culture. It was a pleasant and safe trip. With a family of 5, I find this to be much quicker than waiting to find a large taxi or uber in some areas.
Elly picked us up from the airport as well as 4 days later again from our accommodation. Both times he was early and already waiting for us. During the trips he was informative and more than happy to answer any questions we had. Great guy, recommend
Very convenient in traveling from the airport to our hotel. Driver was on time and met us at the exit from baggage claim. Van was roomy and clean. Our driver was friendly and drove safely.
Driver Simba was a delight. There to greet me with a smile. My first time to South Africa. He was open to answering a myriad of questions. Made the drive from airport to hotel very enjoyable.
Very easy process and Principal was so friendly! Van was new and clean and would definitely recommend.
Very helpful and efficient pick up service. Would highly recommend.
Driver was waiting for us when we arrived and he stayed with us in the hotel while checking in to make sure everything was OK.
Outstanding service from start to finish! We booked transportation for a large group of more than 10 people, and the communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The team was always responsive, professional, and very organized. When our passengers arrived, everything was perfectly coordinated — they were greeted on time, and the staff was attentive to every detail to make sure everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. We truly appreciate the reliability and excellent customer service. Highly recommended for both small and large groups!
The driver was waiting for me as expected. The car was just fine and we had a nice ride to the hotel.
The driver was there to meet us and the trip was straightforward
My wife and I made use of a transfer service offered through Viator. The same drive transferred us from CPT to our hotel on April 28 and returned on May 1. He was waiting for us at the airport as scheduled and met us at our hotel for the return trip on time as well. He was very friendly, courteous and professional.
Great airport pickup experience in Cape Town. The driver was on time, very polite, and really helpful throughout the trip. Everything was smooth and stress-free from arrival to drop-off. Would definitely recommend.
On time very helpful driver. Nice transport. Luggage handled for us and major sites pointed out along the way
Very professional and friendly!! Was waiting for me with my name displayed! The driver even pointed out areas of interest like a tour guide on our way from airport to hotel!
Elifas was an excellent driver. I felt very safe with him during my ride to the hotel. He was very courteous and amiable. The vehicle itself was clean and comfortable! Thank you!
Our driver was kind and quick. On time and helpful upon pick up from both the airport and the hotel. Also shared some info as we drove to hotel which was nice as well!
Very helpful driver. Good conversationalist. The airport transfer guy told us about the mall which we needed to get wifi
I received confirmation at the time of booking, then further communication closer to the time. The driver was friendly, the car spotless with water supplied. The driver assisted with my luggage and came to reception to ensure that my reservation was in order. Only then did he depart.
Great driver, very friendly and helpful. Took one hour to get our bags but he waited patiently. Kudos
Simba was waiting for us at the airport & gave us a warm welcome. He was very knowledgeable and gave a great tour of the city along with a pleasant ride after a long, arduous trip.
I had an unforgettable experience with my driver. Upon my arrival in Cape Town, he greeted me with a card displaying my name, took care of my bags, and made me feel welcome. During the drive, he shared interesting historical information about some of the buildings we passed. The car was equipped with air conditioning, and there was water ready for me, which I truly appreciated after my 18-hour flight. My driver created a warm atmosphere and drove safely throughout the journey. I highly recommend this service!
My driver was super courteous and professional. He gave me a brief intro of the Cape Town landscape as we drove to my hotel.
Everything went smoothly. He picked us up at the airport and quickly got us to our hotel. No complaints.
Driver was right there waiting to see me. Super friendly and took me straight to car and then hotel. Very efficient and pointed out sights in city and answered my curious questions about Cape Town.
We had a great experience. Our flight to Cape Town, SA was delayed and arrived in the middle of the night but our guide was there waiting for us. He was very friendly, had a luggage cart waiting, and took charge of getting the luggage to the car. He was a good driver, and chatted with us on the way providing fun facts about the city on the way to our hotel. I would recommend this pick up service.
Clean and new vehicle on time and knowledgeable drivers. Was able to handle our group of 12 without issues.
Great service. Punctual and safe. They saved us when we had to move hotels. I highly recommend them. The van was clean and perfect fit for my family of 6.
Elifas provided excellent service on our pickup from Cape Town Airport to Cape Town City. He was punctual, professional, and made the ride smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Overall, a 5-star experience—highly reliable and I’d gladly use the service again.
A great quick and easy transfer from cape town airport to sea point, would definitely recommend to others travelling to Cape town
Being a picky traveler, I was hesitant with hiring a transport company I've never tried before, BUT the communications were timely and on point, we WERE being awaited in the airport arrival hall 1 HOUR LATE, the driver was courteous and wonderful, like being picked up by the family member- THANK YOU and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
My driver was Hapeson. He was friendly and attentive, and made sure I felt safe. We had a good chat. Would book again.
We are very happy with the service. I booked it for our team who were travelling for business, and I was a little worried at first since it was my first time using this service. However, they were excellent—keeping me updated and even suggesting the best pickup time due to traffic. Highly recommend!
