Cape Town Airport Private Arrival Transfer

Right on time. Pleasant and professional. Great ride straight to hotel. Car was clean and smelled good.

The driver was very helpful, kind and on time. Excellent service. He assisted each of us with our bags.

The driver was very knowledgeable about the area as he drove us from the airport to the hotel. We enjoyed learning the history.

My driver was there on my arrival so no waiting which was brilliant after a long flight. My driver was so friendly and she was also very helpful. Highly recommend.

We used Springbok Atlas Tours for our transfer to our hotel, Portswood V & A Waterfront Hotel. We were met by their representative as we walked into the exit area after retreving our luggage and he escorted us to the parking garage where our car and driver were waiting. Their representatives were friendly and spoke good English. the car was a full size black sedan in perfect condition. Short 20 minuted drive to our hotel. Top notch service and could not have been better!!

<p>My flight was very late getting in but they were right there when you come out of customs with a sign with my name on it. The car ride was very comfortable and the driver was very professional.</p>

<p>Very professional on time and informative driver. Only downside was that all seat belts didn't work but complementary water a bonus. The hop on hop off bus was a great way to get a feel for Cape Town and environs. We also did a tour of the winelands which our daughters had organised, great fun visited 4 vineyards and lunch. Again informative and willing driver who couldn't do enough to make our day special. The trip to Robben island was really good, the guide gave us loads of information and we saw whales and dolphins on our way back on the ferry making it a special day too. Four days wasn't enough to do everything we will be back.</p>

<p>The plane was late, the bags were late, but Marcel was there for us when we exited the terminal . We were starving when we arrived, and staying in an in-town condo, there was nothing to eat. He generously stopped at a convenience store just out of the airport to let us grab a bunch of quick foods to take along. AS we were just reuniting our family from 4 different directions, the stop was appreciated. He was very nice and of course he was great with the bags</p>

<p>This was a FANTASTIC service. The driver was in arrival area with a name placard. He helped with luggage and took us directly to a very clean van, as there was four of us. We then had a new driver who courteous, careful, and informative. Need a transfer in Cape Town, use this service.</p>

<p>What a surprise!!! Here we were thinking that we'd be sharing a van with a few other arriving passengers bound for the hotels in the center of town. Alas! That wasn't the case. The driver was waiting with a regular car and it was just my husband and me on that trip. 2 small bottles of water were waiting in the car and we were handed cold face clothes once we sat down to freshen up. We were delightfully surprised! The driver was very convivial and dropped us safely at our hotel. 2 thumbs up!!!!</p>

<p>Flight arrived early but this was no problem to the driver as he was ready and waiting for us. The driver was very smart and polite and gave us information about Cape Town as we were taken to our hotel. we were surprised to find that we were the only passengers and were driven in a lovely sedan car which made the trip very special.</p>

<p>Excellent service from the 'meet and greet' at Arrivals, to the water and hot wet flannel in the car, to the assistance with tour info, to the dropping off at my hotel. The staff were all very professional, friendly and helpful - they could not be faulted!</p>

<p>Big car enough to seat 6 people. Knowing that we came from a long flight, there was sweets, water, lotion, perfume, wet towels etc in the car for us. driver was friendly and gave us a commentary of the town</p>

I was met by a pleasant 'meeter and greeter' and escorted to a nearby pick-up point where the driver appeared with an immaculate car, dealt with my luggage, provided me with a refreshing towel and a bottle of water, and took me to the door of my destination. One of the best transfers I have ever had. The opportunities for a foul-up abounded - because of an early plane arrival and quick delivery of luggage I was at least 30 minutes ahead of my likely arrival and I was finishing an international journey arriving at the domestic terminal - so I was ready for my contact to not have yet arrived and/or to be at the wrong place; but in fact they got it exactly right. Thank you.</p>

<p>Prompt efficient service. We were met as planned at the Rental car returns area of the airport and taken directly to our hotel at The Waterfront in a most comfortable air conditioned vehicle. Our driver was charming and we learnt a lot about Cape Town on our short journey into the City.</p>

<p>After a 19-hour flight from Newark, and a 2-hour layover in Amsterdam, it was wonderful seeing a friendly driver in the arrivals halls at Cape Town International Airport with my name on a sign. He was enthusiastic about my visit, and filled with valuable information and tips en route to the hotel. Instead of dropping me off at the curb, he walked me inside to reception and announced my arrival to the staff. How kind, and how welcoming...</p>

Company was there to meet me at the arrivals gate even though my plane was an hour late. The driver was very informative and provided lots of info about Cape Town and things to do which was appreciated.

The driver was waiting with a sign right outside of the secure area. The car was a nice vehicle and driver very friendly. No need to pull out the address of where we were heading and he knew the short-cuts in Cape Town to avoid traffic. After close to two days of travel, it was worth the peace of mind to book this service before leaving for vacation.

The driver was waiting for me punctually in the arrivals area, very friendly and kind man, he was very talkative and explained me many things about Cape Town while driving me to the hotel.
