Lucky was punctual, courteous & welcoming. It was wonderful to be greeted with a warm smile & a sign with our name. He relieved us of our bags & expertly led us through the long airport walk to his car. A pleasant end to a long & tiring journey.

Sadly our driver was late. While others were picked up we had to ring to find out if the driver was coming. She gave us great info when she arrived but we were hounded non-stop while waiting, and waiting.

Very easy transport to my hotel. Stella was friendly and informative. She had bottled water which was much appreciated.

We did not get picked up so ended up taking a cab after waiting 30 minutes. I repeatedly sent messages that we were waiting and finally said we were leaving and I expected a complete refund. When I finally got to my hotel room and checked my emails I had already been refunded my cost through Viator. I was pleased that I did not have to file a claim. I gave my flight number so the driver should have know where I was departing customs from.
