Such a beautiful way to see around Cape Town! Stuart is so informative and kind. It was the best driving tour I’ve ever done. The driving was very safe and it all felt easy going, plus we luckily saw so much wildlife.

It worth it, don’t need to worry. The organization was perfect, very professional tour agency. The highlight was our guide and driver Fiston, extremely considerate. He took care of us from 9 to 18h, explaining every detail and making sure we were having a good experience.

Stuart is an amazingly knowledgable driver guide, who told us not only all the details of each point in the itinerary but also anything about history, culture and society of South Africa. We totally enjoyed every moment of the day tour with him and were more than 100% satisfied with his hospitality. We had a wonderful day with Stuart exploring the area around Cape Town! We enjoyed beautiful views, hiking, a delicious lunch and penguins. Most of all we enjoyed talking with Stuart and learning about his country. He was an excellent driver which allowed us to look around for wildlife and see the lovely views.

Stuart was amazing! From bottles of water to his knowledge of the area and history of the country, it was an amazing tour. He was super accommodating, friendly, and great with our kids. We didn’t feel rushed; he took his time and took us to some amazing spots.

What a fantastic day we had on our Cape tour. I loved every minute of it. Our guide, Stuart, was absolutely brilliant! He was really informative, so patient and really friendly. We saw everything we wanted to see and more. Stuart really went out of his way to ensure we had the best experience possible. The tour itself is wonderful and we saw some amazing sights. It was amazing. We had a 22 seater bus that was so comfy and we drove the entire coastal area and ended up in stellenbsoch, they waited hours for us to take us home and were so accomodating :). Thank you.

We did the Cape Peninsula Tour with Stuart as two couples, and it became one of the absolute highlights of our South Africa trip. From the very beginning everything was easy and well organised. Stuart’s communication was great, he’s a calm and very safe driver, and the whole day felt relaxed — yet we still got to see and do so much. His timing is honestly next level: no stress, no rushing, no “quick quick” moments, just a beautifully paced day where everything flowed. He also took care of our lunch reservation in advance (exactly what we wanted), which made a huge difference. We had lunch at The Harbour House in Kalk Bay and it was fantastic — great food, great atmosphere, and the perfect mid-day break. Highly recommend. Of course Boulders Beach and the penguins were a standout, but the tour was far more than that: Chapman’s Peak Drive was breathtaking, the viewpoints were incredible, and we had several fantastic wildlife sightings along the way. And at the Cape of Good Hope, Stuart made time for a beautiful scenic hike — one of those moments that makes you feel like you’re truly in the landscape, not just ticking off stops. What really makes Stuart exceptional is that he combines deep local knowledge with a genuinely warm, easy-going personality. We had great conversations the entire day, learned a lot, and his practical tips were genuinely useful for the rest of our time in Cape Town. We had an outstanding experience with Stuart and the Cape Peninsula Tour, starting with the great communication from the outset of reserving the trip, through payment, and especially with his communication and patience with us after our mistake on pick-up day. A spectacular view of the mountains and the ocean in the heart of the city. Learnt a lot about the heritage and culture of the city as well as seeing cultural sights such as the castle of good hope and cape point where voyagers from the 15th century first set up base for their ships. Had a great time with Professor Gauthier , our guide (which was arranged by the super courteous and kind guy named Stuart) He was so respectful of our family and gave us all the history about every place we visited in the day trip , which kept our children interested and amazed. It is a great trip to do with family and the scenic beauty is parallel to none. The roads leading to cape peninsula and the views of cape of good hope and the light house is absolutely a South African treasure. Just make sure you check the weather before planning the trip and also make a worthy note of incredible wildlife you can spot on the way - we even saw ostriches in the wild for the first time.

Really excellent tour with Stuart - he is very knowledgeable and also good company! So much to see over the day - highlights were the penguins of course and the view of Hout Bay from the Chapman's Peak lookout point. Lots of other highlights........top tip is to take a jumper, as we started in the city in beautiful warm sunshine, but the Cape of Good Hope was windy and cloudy. Still had a great walk over the cliffs there though.

The Cape Peninsula tour was an unforgettable experience! The stunning coastal scenery, particularly around Chapman's Peak, was breathtaking. I loved seeing the playful penguin colony at Boulders Beach and the incredible views along the hike up the Cape of Good Hope Scenic route. My guide, Stuart was a safe driver and very informative with his local insights. He took priority in my safety as a female solo traveller, giving me clear instructions where to go & wait while he parked the car. The Seaforth Restaurant at Simon's Town recommended by Stuart served the best seafood platter I had ever eaten! The calamari that looked like chips was soft & not chewy; the white sauce for the fresh mussels was delicious, so were the grilled shrimps & fried fish. It was the perfect way to refuel for the afternoon. While it can get crowded at popular spots, this tour was well-organized and Stuart knew exactly the perfect spot for good photos. And he's an excellent photographer too! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town!

Stuart provided this tour for us and it was amazing. He is very organized and puntual. He arrived on time and gave us, what felt like a 360 of Cape Town. I never experienced such great views. He took many pictures of us and gave us opportunities to get our photo game on. Outside of the tour being amazing, Stuart was very welcoming to my family and I. The moment we began the tour it felt like we were riding along with an old friend. Stuart didn’t just take us places and give us a bunch of things to look at. He explained what we were looking at and the history of it. In addition, the conversation we all had was amazing. It’s one thing to show people you’re a good tour guide and it’s another thing to show that you’re a good person as well. 10/10 recommend.

On our second day from the UK, we wanted to do this once-in-a-lifetime tour of the key tourist spots with a knowledgable guide who would keep us safe. Our Camps Bay hotel reviewed a number of companies and Stuart’s private tour came out on top. We couldn’t have been more thrilled with the entire experience! From the start of the day (they were flexible with tour start times), Stuart took the time to get to know us, outline the tour hotspots and take into account our bucket list stops. Stuart was so accommodating of me in the second trimester of my pregnancy, finding the safest spots for breaks, animal spotting, beautiful photographs (Stuart is a fabulous photographer), safe ATMs and a delicious lunch! Even when we took a detour on our hike from Cape of Good Hope down to Dias beach, Stuart walked from the other end of the trail to find us to ensure we were safe and unharmed - Stuart had been keeping an eye on us to ensure we didn’t get lost and kept to trail! My husband and I honestly couldn’t have felt more safe and educated on the local wildlife, fauna and history. Do not hesitate to book this tour, it takes the hassle out of driving and allows you to build more hiking time and leisurely beach time in!

Great tour. Noni our guide was lots of fun and full of info about Cape Town as well as life in South Africa .We were pushed for time so it was a whistle stop tour of Cape Town including Cape Point , Chapman’s Peak , Boulders Beach and Tabletop Mountain. But Noni managed to get us around just in time to get us back to our cruise ship. Great communication and service.

Stuart’s tour to Cape peninsula was spectacular. We did the short hike up from Cape of Good Hope to the lighthouse and that was one of the highlights of our trip. We were on several tours with Stuart and I highly recommend his tours. They are well organized and the vans he uses are modern, clean and comfortable.

Oct 2023 • Friends We really enjoyed our private trip to the Cape of Good Hope, Cape Point, Table Mountain, Atlantis Dunes and Boulders beach with Good Times in Cape Town. Stuart was very informative and helpful., Listening to Stuart telling us all about the history of the area you can really feel the passion in his job. Me and the Boys are definitely coming back in May 2024 and we have already booked a Tour with Stuart that’s how much we enjoyed!!! Keep it up Stuart!!!

We arranged a tour through our hotel (Blackheath Lodge) and were fortunate to be paired with Stuart for a day-long drive to Cape of Good Hope. What an absolutely lovely man. Several days before our tour there had been a really bad storm in and around Cape Town, which resulted in Chapman’s Peak Drive being blocked by a rockslide. While we were disappointed to miss this beautiful drive, Stuart made up for it with his friendly and knowledgeable tour. The drive was beautiful and we never felt rushed at any of the stops. Throughout the day, Stuart shared really interesting facts about the area and the history of South Africa. I really wanted to see the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, and thanks to Stuart’s spot-on scheduling, we were able to squeeze in an hour at the gardens on the spur of the moment.
