Citi Shuttles are 24/7, good to communicate with, very pleasant and good drivers. We recommend them. The Viator app, however, is more difficult to work with and not very user friendly.

The transport driver Symba is very nice very helpful and educated me on certain sites on a way to the hotel five star rating

On time, excellent communication, very courteous. The driver helped with our luggage, gave tips on sightseeing and was incredibly friendly.

We arrived a little bit early and our driver was not there and we had a little bit of communication problems, but we finally connected and he was very friendly and it made the entry into the city hasslefree and I would highly recommend this for a first time traveler to Cape Town.

Tatenda was waiting for me on arrival - he communicated well about his whereabouts. He was very helpful with all my baggage. He was professional and friendly and went above and beyond by helping carry the bags inside the apartment.

They didn't show up at the airport, even after I reconfirmed all the details through an email. When I called them from the airport, they had no record of me, no available drivers to pick us up, and we should hire a taxi to bring us to their office to investigate the matter!

Did my part as a paying customer. Arrived in Cape Town after a 11 hour flight from Amsterdam. I believed once we reached the arrivals hall I would be greeted by a driver from Citi Tours. No one was there waiting there for 10 minutes before I reached out to the company. No reply was received. I then reached out directly to Viator which I received a quick reply for help. The contract worked with me to try to help find out what happened. After 35 minutes between her and myself. There was no reply from Citi Tours. I hired another company there at the airport to book the transportation to the hotel. After securing the new company and in the car. Citi tours reached to me But asking me where was I located..but the booking was pick up at the Cape Town airport. I have used Viator in all my travels this was the first disappointment in all my travel. It was simply Citi Tours here in Cape Town.

My son was looking and waiting for driver for 40 min after 36 h flight and with 2 heavy suit cases. I called the office 3 times without much help. Unacceptable. Airport has many other options for transfer without major aggravation. I will not recommend this company

Newton was great. He was waiting immediately after we passed through costoms with a digital sign showing my name on it. Very accommodating and kind. He helped us with our luggage to the door.

Newton was my driver and helped me find my way around the airport when I was lost. He answered all my questions about Cape town and drove very safely to my hotel. 10/10 you should book to avoid confusing ubers!

Carlin was a fantastic guide. Saw 4-out the big 5 at least half the Elephants on the reserve. You can go with a hot, dusty group tour or a personal trip with a great guide!
