Lovely apartments. - Extremely disorganised, unhelpful / untrained FOH staff / operations management. - General Manager literally BARGED into our apartment WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING, NOR APOLOGISING for doing so! I had complained that our bedroom door had locked/ jammed and we couldn't get in or out, but I could not allow anyone to fix it until 11:30am due to an interview I had scheduled for 2pm today Lost job opportunity as I could not prepare or dress appropriately for said interview. -

The Hotel was central, everything we needed for a short visit to Cape Town this been our second stay at Eaton hotel in Diepriver and would recommend it to friends an colleagues ,would definitely stay again when visiting Cape Town ,( maybe you guys should consider having a loyalty or incentive program, for guests returning for future stays) ,once again, lovely hotel an professional staff right up to cleaning staff, Regards Melissa an Robert Room 201
Minimalistic is how I would describe this hotel/apartment complex. - No TV channels, only a few internet channels nobody watches - No air-conditioning - No ceiling fan or just a fan - No bed side mats, nothing to wipe your feet on before getting into bed - plug sockets are behind the bed, so you pull your bed forward to be able to charge your phone or laptop - No blankets in the rooms, had to ask reception twice for them - Had to use the same towel for three days, was told they are waiting on the laundry services The rooms appear to be neat, but the floors are sticky and not clean, this place has alot of potential, I do hope they address some of the problems I mentioned Breakfast was their saving grace, its was amazing and many options to choose from.
My family recently spent three nights here. While the apartments themselves are quite nice, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. We booked a two-bedroom apartment to accommodate four people, yet were provided with only two towels. Despite requesting additional towels on two separate occasions, none were delivered. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with an odd and insufficient assortment of items for four people — for example, only one drinking glass, three forks, and two mugs. This made self-catering impractical. Most concerning was the cleanliness. Both bathrooms had visible black mould, as did the curtains in both bedrooms, and the bed linen and towels were stained. While the affordability of the apartments is appealing, there's much to be done in order to improve the guest experience.
Very disappointing. The carpet in the room had a smell and there was a very loud noise the whole night (sounded like faulty pipes), horrible night’s sleep. They also only got to cleaning the apartment only after 15h00, absolutely ridiculous. They lack good customer service. Save your money and don’t book here!
