Excellent location on Highlevel Road in Seapoint. Limited parking and nothing secured but the neighborhood is very good. The wooden house does make for a noisy stay, and the front window room is across from the breakfast nook and the front door. So careful room selection will improve your experience. The room is always clean and the linens first rate. The bathroom is larger than my car. The staff are attentive and don't hang around. Everyone is busy.

Great Appartment and even greater people. They let us stay in an emergency situation and helped us a lot. Thank you. Amazing people.
Absolutely loved it. Such a great location, awesome breakfast and friendly/accomodating staff. They went well beyond the expectations. On the last day, I asked to hold my luggage fairly late so I can do some hiking and they were very helpful! Definitely looking to come back if I visit again
Unfortunately our stay at the self catering unit (room 2) was disappointing. The room had a ceiling fan that was very weak (no difference in having it on or off). We did ask for a fan the next night as it was very hot and were told they don’t have any. Upon checkout we then saw one of the staff carrying a fan up the stairs - so it was disappointing. The small outdoor space had wooden panels that everyone coming in and out of the apartment could see through- directly into your room unless you had the blinds pulled down entirely. The other apartments are also packed very closely together so you can hear everything. Very sorry to say that we would not recommend the self catered accommodation. EDIT: In response to the hotel denying ANY accountability in this situation: Yes we know it’s ‘HOT’ in Cape Town. There is a difference in being told ‘there are no fans available’ VS ‘we don’t provide fans’. If we were told they were all being used we would have understood. Just don’t appreciate being lied to. Additionally, we actually did ask staff if there was availability for other rooms and were told you were fully booked out so that answers your question. Please fact check before responding with such annoyance that a guest has given a negative review (which I usually NEVER do - so take that as you will).
We stayed in the 1 bed studio which was just around the corner, adjoining the hotel on Arthurs Rd. We absolutely loved our stay at The Villa Rosa. From the moment we stepped in we knew we had picked the right place. The owners were super friendly and the staff always helpful. The studio was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were great, there was a hot plate, microwave and an air fryer with which to cook with, plus all the essential utensils. Nice comfy bed and our towels were changed and water refilled whenever we wanted. Close enough to the local scene, but far enough away to not disturbed at all.
