Nice small hotel in the Gardens area of Cape Town. The room was spacious and clean, the place is charming. Breakfast was ok, not really any room service. A bit noisy as it is an old building and I had a room on the courtyard so I could hear all the people talking outside… on the high end in terms of of price.

A big 5 star review for the Three Boutique Hotel. After spending about a month in Cape Town and seeing lots of areas.. we know that the location is second to none. You are surrounded by cafe's, bars, restaurants, running routes, football pick up and more (+ you get a great view of table mountain + lion's head from the rooftop). But the best part of staying at TBH is the staff! All the ladies were very friendly. Please ask them if they can teach you some Xhosa. It's an impressive language. Oh and in case I forget, if you get a hot day there is always the possibility to take a dip in the pool and cool down. Or watch some Netflix in the room as a siesta. All the best!

The service at this fine establishment is incredible. All the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is superb and the room sizes are very comfortable. Edna, Tania and Desiree will be sure to go out of their way for you if you are a regular guest. The views from the rooftop deck is some of the best for a good afternoon sundowner. Highly recommend, give it a shot if you need a great hotel in the city.

Lovely small hotel with adorable staff, very careful. The rooms are clean and the charm of this historic mansion is really nice. We could hear a bit the voices outside the room because as it's an old building, the soundproofing isn't perfect. Parking slots available in the courtyard, very convenient. Perhaps breakfast could have been a little bit more diversified, and little bit more qualitative but it's a detail and it didn't bothered us much. Localisation in Gardens area which is very green and 10 min from each table mountain on one side and waterfront the other side. You can easily go to Camps Bay also. Overall we would definitely recommand this hotel as a nice place to stay.
