I had a wonderful experience at The Grey Hotel. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views of Table Mountain and a great atmosphere that makes the stay feel special.
The hotel has a stylish and unique character, with lovely outdoor spaces and a relaxed vibe. The rooftop/terrace areas are especially enjoyable for taking in the views and enjoying the Cape Town surroundings.

We were 5 people that stayed at The Grey for a work trip. The hotel and booking experience were excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful; the rooms are very clean and tidy, and we had all the amenities we needed in the rooms. Overall, a great stay and I will highly recommend. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
13 of us stayed one night for a bachelorette party and our rooms were super and the mattresses were so comfortable. We loved the private terraces overlooking the CBD as well as the upper sky bar pool area. Staff were very accommodating - we were quite noisy however they never complained. Good value, lovely staff and central to get to other places in Cape Town. Thank you to The Grey
I stayed about 5 nights at The Grey and it was perfect. Staff was polite and helpful. The reception, housekeeping, and cafe personnel were great. The rooms are small but clean and cozy and perfect for solo travelers such as myself. The location is good and safe as well. I could easily walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. Since I stayed a few days I utilized the laundry service and had no issues. THANK YOU so much to the staff 😁
We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and were very happy with our choice. It is in a fantastic location, close to everything. Although the rooms are small, they have everything you need! The service was excellent and they answered all of our many questions and were always happy to help. Many yummy restaurants are right outside your door, so it was very convinient. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return!
