The owner is horrible and racist. I and my partner had an argument that did not even last long, he reached over the balcony to listen to us and shouted at us as if we are his little kids saying we making noise. He called the police on us and asked them to take us away as if we are criminals, I paid for three days and he wanted us to sleep in jail just because of little noise we made and treated us like animals. I am sure had I been white the experience would have been a bliss. I suppose you are used to lying, if really I broke anything the cops would have taken us away, but instead they came in and saw there was nothing that warranted them to lock us away as you instructed them. I strongly suggest that you close shop and only host your friends. What really annoyed you it was black people that were have having a misunderstanding as a couple hence your reaction. Your approached could have been more respectful and instead of shouting at us like we are your little kids. 31 years of democracy does not mean racism does not exist, and you having black and colored supposed friends does not exonerate you from being racist

Very well located property. We stayed in one of the apartments with a sea view which was fantastic. Very comfortable beds. Safe neighbourhood. On-street parking, which did not bother us at all. Camps bay walkable. Would recommend.
What a lovely experience staying at Sea Mount! One day before our stay, we received a Whatsapp from Clinton, the manager, with important info about the apartment and our stay. It’s comforting to have such a good communication when you are in foreign place. Especially when it’s our first time here in Cape Town. The room, fully glass panelled, has such AMAZING sunset views. We love unwinding in the evening looking out from the comfort of our bed. The room comes with simple meal set up like a microwave oven, cutlery and even a Nespresso machine for that morning coffee to start your day. Although there’s a few steps to get to our room, Clinton and his team were always ready to help with the bags. We wish we had booked for a longer stay.
Where do I start? Probably with Richard - the most welcoming and helpful host we could have hoped for. Coming from Canada and feeling a bit clueless, Richard welcomed us (with cold beers in his hand) personally to show us around, give us the lay of the land and lots of recommendations. The room has the most stunning view of the shore and is a short walk to everything you need. Definitely a great stay!
Spent a wonderful week at the Sea Mount - rooms are modern, well maintained and comfortable with amazing views. Short walk from local amenities and the beach as well as being perfectly located for exploring the Cape Town area. The owner and the staff could not have been more welcoming
