10 out of 10 to the Radisson Collection team!
From the Reception team to the Restaurant team, everyone was absolutely amazing. The service, friendliness and attention to detail made my stay truly special.
And the view… I honestly have no words! It is simply breathtaking. I have never seen anything quite like it. Waking up to such a beautiful view was an experience on its own.
This is definitely not my last visit. You will be seeing me again! Thank you to the entire Radisson Collection team for making my stay unforgettable.
Can’t say enough great things! Some of the kindest and most thoughtful staff I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. Vuyo in the downstairs restaurant makes wonderful drinks and is a delightful soul, Shiehaam is superlatively attentive and excellent. Just superb staff all around who make you feel like family. I’ve never felt so well looked after in my life! Please take great care of these employees, they are the truest treasure of this hotel!!
We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and we were thoroughly impressed with the staff, food and comfort of this place. All of our meals were delicious, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, including anything your palate and culture desires. I want to give special recognition to the restaurant staff including C-Jay, Tamara, and Bongiwe who took care of us and were so very kind and welcoming. Also, thank you to the concierge, Michael, who went out of his way to ensure we had a delightful visit to Cape Town.
Had a very nice stay in this hotel. Very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast, with lots of choice. Breakfast staff are very attentive and friendly especially Nhsiki. All hotel staff have been great and we loved having the shuttle bus to the Waterfront. Recommend!
