Pepperclub Hotel

I had the best experience of my life other than my marriage and the birth of my children at The Pepper Club Hotel. I loved working with Social Brand Co as their model for this shoot. I was blessed to have my husband Andrew and my daughter Hunter join me as models. What a great experience. The pepper Club Hotel is an awesome Hotel. Wow!!! Amazing!!!

I stayed at this hotel for several days, and unfortunately my experience became less satisfying as the days went by. Housekeeping did not consistently replenish basic bathroom amenities such as towels, shampoo, and shower gel. These are essential items that should be provided daily without guests having to ask for them. In addition, the trash in our room was left uncollected for an entire day, which was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel. Another downside was the noise. If you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Loud music from the neighboring café/bar continued every night, making it difficult to rest. Breakfast service also needs improvement. Our drink orders were frequently forgotten or served incorrectly. I hope the management pays more attention to these details, as they have a significant impact on the overall guest experience.

First off, our flight came in early and so they offered us a suite to use while we waited for our room to be ready, and it was luxurious! It had a small kitchenette with beverages and cookies, a very comfortable living room with a leather sofa and footrests and large screen television. There was a separate bedroom with another television and a king sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and huge shower. And it was a corner suite with wall-to-wall windows on 2 sides. They have us exclusive use of it all until our room was ready. We were celebrating a special anniversary and they went all out preparing our room. They had it ready well before check in time and what a pleasant surprise! We walked in to the floor strewn with fresh rose petals, a delicious and decorated cake, and a bottle of champagne on ice! How many hotels will go to so much trouble like that? And all the staff are so friendly as well as being excellent at their job! They went above and beyond! I would give this hotel 10 stars out of 5 if I could!

We had an excellent stay and are extremely satisfied with all the services provided. The room was comfortable and very pleasant, the food was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the support, assistance, and follow-up throughout our stay. We would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Luke for his warm welcome, kindness, availability, and professionalism. He played a significant role in making our experience even more enjoyable.
