Lagoon Beach Hotel Apartments And Spa

Stayed for about 4 days. Very good views , breakfast in the morning was also extremely good with good views ,great access to the beach incredible sunsets . Beach really doesn't get crowded. View from the room was also good ,kinda sucks there was only chairs only in the balcony would have done more work outside but yeah highly recommend also quiet affordable

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and the shower head in the ensuite is out of order. When we complained we were told all apartments with 2 bedrooms that had an ensuite doesn’t come with a shower head rather a bath tub but our bathtub was extremely dirty and I couldn’t get into it! So very disappointed and if you are looking at a functional ensuite then don’t stay here! There’s better hotels around! We were scammed !

The reception is NOT helpful! Hotel refuse to help us to call my airline for our checkin issue. The room is very smelly. Air conditioning cannot adjust temperature. The nearby bleach is so far so good. Location and parking is good and safe.

Clean, friendly, and great breakfast ​Pros: ​Extremely clean rooms and common areas. ​Friendly, respectful, and attentive staff. ​Delicious buffet breakfast and excellent coffee. ​Good operating hours for the bar and restaurant. ​Cons / Room for Improvement: ​The dinner menu has very limited options. Please review the menu to give guests a bit more variety!
