Close to public transport and CPICC 1 &. Not very far from V&A Waterfront. Close proximity to a Netcare hospital. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. Wifi signal not as strong as one may expect at the center of Cape Town.

Nice business hotel, clean big room and washrooms with decent restaurant.. Service I gave them 3 star because instead of room service, everytime i had to come down to fill my water bottle up..also there should be mosquito repellent inside the room..
It is in central location. They have huge rooms. For breakfast, there is nothing special. The only problem when you arrive by car there is only access is from the back door and after it gets dark, they lock the back door. You have to ring the bell and wait someone to open it. We stayed there for 4 days, even waiting in the dark a little bit spooky we had no problem.
The hotel itself wasn't bad, rooms were very spacious and super clean. The staff were very friendly. The area was very rough, drug addicts and homelessness surrounding the hotel, not safe during the day or night, almost got pick pocketed, you just have to be on guard at all times so you don’t feel safe. Had to uber everywhere, even walking distance places because of safety. The laundry costs were exceptionally high so just google the nearest laundry mat which was a 5 min walk away and get a whole load done for less than a fraction of the cost. The breakfast included was promising the first day, had croissants, muffins, eggs, cheese, granola, coffee, turkey sausages….but we stayed there almost a week and the rest of the days, food was running out (even though we went maybe 30 mins after breakfast opening), cold food, same utensils for different dishes. When we asked the staff about the food, they would just say they ran out. It was disappointing. We did later learn that staff can make you fresh omelets at the back which was nice, but all other food was just out of stock, or cold left overs. Overall, it was not bad, but not great either.
One of the cleanest hotels I've ever lived in. Staff top notch, the only hotel where the General Manager publishes his personal mobile number if you encounter any issues at this hotel. Had a single issue with a breakfast and it was sorted amicably. It was truly a pleasurable stay, and I am in the hospitality industry for more than 35 years and will recommend it to anybody!!!
