We had a nice stay, Rooms were nice and spacious. Our main problem was the parking, but ended up parking in the building behind the hotels parking lot. The only problem we had with the rooms is that the curtains were very dirty, if you want to have white curtains you need to keep them clean.
We had an amazing weekend! The place is clean and welcoming. The staff was so friendly and helpful even when I left my wallet on the room we booked I still found it by reception with everything in it. We are definitely coming back!
Ignore the bad reviews, check in is quick, rooms are exceptionally clean, staff are superb, especially Alex who is clearly overworked but still delivers first class service with a smile during breakfast. Definitely recommend the balcony room for a stunning table mountain backdrop - make sure you wake up for sunrise at least once, you won’t regret it. Only minus is that it is, to be honest, a bit of a party hotel. At night there are groups of drunk people in the rooms and in the corridors shouting and singing, and the rooms aren’t very soundproof so if you’re a light sleeper I’d recommend earplugs.
Wasn't impressed with the reception staff. Very long check–in process. Also no mention prior about deposit. Which is not returned when u check out. Took a week to get that back and deposit can't be cash. Rooms were nice and clean. Due to service received, will try to avoid staying here again.
My 1st time in an Aparthotel. Very good size, work desk, ample storage, great bed, staff even had a soft, flat pillow. Had ample items to cook & serve with. They change sheets every 3 days unless you stop them, will also clean daily if you require. After two weeks a few items I personally recommend: LED lights under the kitchen cabinets to light up the work area. A padded chair for longer work times. The shower could have used a soap/shampoo tray, they make suction cup holders. I highly recommend a bidet be installed or make a number of rooms available with them. Install a 3 or 4 wall hook system in bathroom to hang your dopp kit (shaving kit), toiletry bag, or washbag, and damp clothes on. And the volume on the television is awful, loud enough to hear during shows and the commercial breaks it goes off the scale. Very close to painful. (this might be a network problem it was in the USA). But I will definitely be more aware of using Aparthotel facilities in the future. Thats why I carry spices, and I got to use them.
