We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment/hotel. The sea views are absolutely breathtaking, and the complex itself is stunning. One of the highlights is the direct access from the complex onto the beach, which makes the location really special.
The apartment was lovely and the setting was hard to beat. The only downside is that there are quite a lot of stairs to reach the room, which is something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns.
Overall, a beautiful place to stay with incredible views and a fantastic beachside setting.
Very pleasant stay. Lovely to have room service every day and they were even helpful after-hours.
Buffet breakfast every day between 7 and 11 o clock. However, it was disappointing as the quality of the buffet during the week was not great - leftovers and stale waffles and bread, just change that.

There are just not any ramps - one has to carry heavy suitcases up and down stairs - maybe change that. As I am sure it will also affect people with disabilities and the elderly.
I left my jacket by mistake at the hotel, only remembered my jacket while I was already on N2. We immediately contacted the hotel and they said their house keeper confirmed that there’s no jacket. It was literally in the wardrobe, I just forgot to take it after taking my luggage. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed that we’re not valued. How do you expect us to come back and enjoy our visit? Even the fact that the hotel says that there was nothing in the room yet there we also someone’s belonging that we found there upon arrival and they remained there. Pls assist!!!!
I had a wonderful stay at Dolphin Beach Hotel in Cape Town. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights is the breathtaking view of Table Mountain, which can be enjoyed from various areas of the property. The location right by the beach is perfect, providing stunning ocean views and easy access to the shoreline. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. Waking up to the sight of the beach and Table Mountain made the experience even more special. I would highly recommend Dolphin Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with spectacular scenery in Cape Town.
I was disappointed with the condition of the rooms. The only word that comes to mind is shabby! The hotel has wonderful views and is on the beach front. I found the staff friendly and willing to help. I did not feel that there was sufficient security. The food was adequate.
