We stayed for 5 nights earlier in May should have been for 2 but the bad weather cancelled our 3 day safari stay,did a one day only.
Hotel very clean and staff very profession and friendly Patience helped us out big time with our safari/ weather problem.A very good value for money stay.
My only little complaint is on arrival the safe was not working and nor the air condtioning,bith sorted quickly but room should have inspected prior to our arrival and we could not get a full range of drinks from the bar after 9 pm
Recently spent four wonderful nights at the Hollow. Such friendly & helpful staff. Shuttle to the Waterfront is very convenient . Perfect location for a stay in Cape Town . Highly Revomended
Hotel staff was great! Rooms were ok at best. Firm mattress, slow to moderate hot water at times, and the bugs made this stay not as enjoyable as I would have liked.
I had a wonderful stay at Cape Town Hollow. The hotel offers a stunning view that truly makes the experience special I honestly don’t understand why it’s not rated as a 5-star hotel.
The atmosphere is very comfortable, and the staff are extremely kind and friendly in their service. I really loved my room, it was cozy and enjoyable.
There is also a shuttle service to Sea Point, which is very convenient and adds to the overall great experience. Highly recommended!
Not a 4 star standard hotel. Ended up walking 5 mins down the road to the Taj to experience some atmosphere and have a nice drink in a lovely lounge. Sadly lacking at Cape Town Hollow - hollow being the operative word. Given rooms on the side of the hotel facing a road. Bathroom was minuscule, toilet holder practically in your face as you’re trying to use the toilet. Housekeeping didn’t actually clean the bathroom floor the entire time I was there. And they continuously left the windows open during gale force winds. Average breakfast, no room service - just a basic 3 star hotel. Won’t go back.
