A very positive experience after staying at the hotel. Very friendly staff, clean, delicious breakfast and good restaurantfor dinner. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the city by car. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I recommend it to visitors who come to sightsee but also relax.

I am so disappointed in the service I got after I paid by EFT, they told me the money is not appearing and on arrival I paid they promised to send the money back after it appears in their system ( bank acc), the trip was on the 13/4/2026 till today I haven’t received my money. They sent me an email today asking me to send them my card detals and CVC on a different email and I refused. I sent them banking details not card details and the guy Samuel told me his general manager is not there they wanted to make an immediate payment not bank transfer I have to wait for his general manager to come back from leave because she is the 1 who is responsible for bank payment. The place and other services were excellent but this 1 of not paying back ppls money is unacceptable.
The staff here are incredibly kind—something you rarely see in Europe. When I couldn’t sleep and was in the lobby in the morning, they brought me a heater and coffee. They’re truly dedicated to providing excellent service. They’re always smiling and friendly. The rooms are clean, the restaurant offers a great view, and you can have your restaurant meals delivered to your room. You can take a walk along the coast. There’s a pool. The only thing missing is an elevator. We spent a whole day at this cozy hotel. The service at the restaurant is friendly, too.
We had my father's 80th birthday at this hotel, and it could not have been better! From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make the celebration special. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious—beautifully presented and full of flavour, with something to suit everyone's tastes. The venue itself was elegant and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere for such a memorable occasion. Every detail was taken care of with such care and professionalism. Thank you to the entire team for making this a truly unforgettable experience! We highly recommend this hotel for any special event.
