Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and spacious rooms. Convenient shuttle to the waterfront every hour. The only downside was the lighting in the rooms is terrible, you have to turn on all the lamps and it is still very dark. There were people that don't understand what no smoking means and my floor stank of smoke.
The hotel was perfect for our first trip. The mountain room had an amazing view of Table Mountain. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was excellent. Breakfast had a good variety of options. We used Uber or the hotel shuttle to visit the waterfront and it was convenient location for other sightseeing.

Absolutely amazing. The hotel was really good with everything you would need. A small market, breakfast, a swimming pool, a fitness, and parking space(they charge you R100 per night parked). The service is very good and they help you with everything you coild possibly need and the rooms were really good. It had a good city view. The bathroom was very clean and packed with all the amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was really really good. They had a huge selection. You could order A La card or pick from the buffet. They also had a bar that you could order things from. Overall it was good thr only downside was it was a little far from the V&A waterfront.
Enjoyed my stay very much. The staff were lovely, warm, and always willing to help. The hotel has a nice pool deck with beautiful views of the cruise ship, which was a great place to relax. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the complimentary shuttle service to the V&A Waterfront was very convenient. The location is also good, making it easy to explore Cape Town. The rooms are spacious and larger than those in most hotels, which added to the comfort of the stay. The only downside was that I couldn't control the air conditioning from inside the room, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service, good food, and comfortable accommodation. I would happily stay here again.
