Rooms are okay, had a very Little roach coming out of the drain but I guess thats due to the River. Breakfast isnt that nice Overall, but if You get an Omelette and Cappuccino those are nice. But Only IF you get them. We stayed here 3 Nights and Every breakfast you had to actually lookout for or go to a waiter yourself. They Chat at the counter, nobody is coming to get your Order at the Table even though they said thats how it Works. And Even after ordering the Same everyday (2 Cappuccino and 1 Omelette) they just bring 1 Cappuccino and I had to reorder the second at the Counter. They Never brought anything we ordered correctly and Mixed up the orders with Surrounding tables. I would expect a waiter to actually Check the room where the Food and people are instead of the One with the counter where nobody sots. 18days in South Africa and this was the worst Hotel we had

I felt welcomed and valued throughout my stay, and the exceptional service made me feel right at home. The entire team was outstanding, making every interaction pleasant and professional. Their attention to detail and willingness to help truly stood out.

I cannot fault anything from my stay here. My room was spacious, clean and beautiful. It was a 5min walk to the CTICC and is safe. It’s very close to the VnA and has a good walking/running path which many people use. The restaurant made of the best coffee I’ve had. Very nice!

I really enjoyed my stay and honestly felt very welcomed from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly, helpful and made me feel at home throughout my stay. I unfortunately did not get everyone’s names, but I truly appreciated the service from the whole team. If I could suggest anything, it would be to ensure that the satellite channels indicated on the website are available on the TV. Even when travelling for business, guests still like to relax and watch the news or soccer after a long day. It would also be great to have more variety in the breakfast menu. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. The food was nice, the staff were amazing. You honestly deserve a 100/10, and I will definitely be coming back again!
