Overall, I had a fantastic experience and thoroughly enjoyed the activities. However, I believe there are a few areas where improvements could significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I would have appreciated a more enthusiastic, attentive, and knowledgeable staff, particularly when it came to providing information about transportation arrangements. Unfortunately, there was a lack of clear communication regarding which bus would transport me back to my resort. As a result, I found myself approaching multiple buses trying to determine which one I was supposed to board. Additionally, I was informed that I needed to wait until the other passengers had boarded before I could get on the bus. After spending the entire day walking and participating in various activities, I was physically exhausted and simply wanted an opportunity to sit and rest. I felt it would have been more considerate and accommodating to allow guests to board and wait comfortably while the remaining passengers arrived. Despite these inconveniences, I genuinely enjoyed my experience. I believe that improved communication, better transportation coordination, and a more proactive approach to guest assistance would make an already enjoyable experience even better. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for future guests.

This experience is so much fun! We enjoyed each activity. The food was excellent as well. You should definitely do this one!

This was so much fun, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to do the zip lines because there was a thunderstorm and it was closed the 1st 2hrs we were there. The food was soooo good never seen an amusement park with this level of variety. Definitely worth the money. It requires a lot of walking so be prepared. Definitely bring some good water shoes you will need them.

I had so much fun here. My favorite was riding in the vehicles on the trail and the ziplines. So much to do so make sure to give yourself time to Xplor. Book this now!

they are scammers they will take your money and never come to get you at your hotel and now they are saying i never paid i have proof i paid

As a nature lover, I loved the whole vibes and crazy activities! Except for the attendants especially the staffs at the underground river walk, those young staff were very rude for no reason. It’s like they hated their job or just tired overall. They made us watch the replay on the screen 3 times despite us telling them we did already. Offered no other explanation or instructions when they showed us in. We were so disappointed that the restaurants closed at 5pm. We were so thirsty and asked for water but the staff just didn’t care and literally ignored us saying they will open back again at 7pm. Just for a water and they were so stingy. On a positive note, the rest of the rides are okay. Ziplines, very hard lol. We didn’t know that you have to walk and climb a bunch of stairs to do it. We were all fit enough but man, that was tiring. Overall, it was a nice experience just the staff making it weird but hey, at least the dinner buffet was great!

Highly recommend Xplor. We had a fantastic time here . So glad it dark when I done the zip line's , I couldn't see how High up I was😅. Atv was a great experience. Food was really good at buffet. It was nicer than food at The Royalton where I stayed! Got photo package and was delighted with results.

Very impressed with the XCaret resorts, the beauty of the hotels and landscaping, the different parks and activities, the buffet service and food quality, the transportation to and from the airport, the hospitality and courtesy of all staff is amazing. I will definitely be going back as soon as God permits

This place is epic I went with my best friend of a night and it’s filled with adrenaline activities The slides are great, zip lining at night trough fore was so cool The zip line swing is amazing but my favourite was the 4x4 full speed in and out off mid and puddles so worth a visit I would go back to Mexico just for this activity

Fantastic evening going on all the attractions, we had a blast! The water slide is definitely worth the queues but go early as it closes before the other attractions. Safety is paramount and they weigh everywhere ne before riding, we had to wait for about 10 minutes for another couple who would mean our weight limit was correct - it's a 4 person raft. It was worth the wait 🤩 The zip lines are superb and you can ride with your partner / friend or solo, whichever you prefer. The braking system is short and abrupt so ready yourself to stop quickly. The cave river swim and rafts were great and we had lots of laugh with the group in front of us who couldn't steer their raft and kept getting stuck. Staff were on hand to help of you needed it. The buffet is amazing, so much food and excellent quality. Plenty of drink choices too. I had read some reviews that said they had poor communication from the organiser. Due to that I emailed and asked about pick up times, exact locations etc and all emails were answered very quickly with no ambiguity on the details. Pick up and drop off were smooth with no issues. My advice would be to book and then email the agent straight away to ask re your pick up time etc then you have the details immediately. If you need any other information just ask, the customer service team are super helpful. A fantastic experience, really worth a visit 💯🙌🤩

What a day! Great activities! We loved zip lining, cave swimming, buggies and the water slide! Food was excellent and included. The park was so well run and captured loads of photos for us in the package we bought. We loved the day. Although didn’t get there on the transportation until nearly 11 and had to be on the transport home at 5 and so the day felt a little rushed and we didn’t have chance to do everything but what we did do was great. Bit of freak accident as whilst queueing, two iguanas started fighting or mating and crashed out of the trees and one jumped on my dad’s arm and unfortunately cut him. However, the staff were there in a couple of minutes and first aid was applied and he was seen by two doctors. Excellent response!! 👏🏻 Take water shoes with you!! You can’t do some activities without them and if you buy them there they are $50 USD! Would thoroughly recommend, especially with older children!

My husband and I spent a day at Xplor Park, and it turned out to be an amazing experience from start to finish. The park is beautiful, very well maintained, and full of fun activities that made our visit truly memorable. One of our favorite parts was the Troglodita buffet — the variety and quality of the food really surprised us, and it was the perfect break between adventures. We would also like to thank Javier, our guide, who was absolutely wonderful. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the day. We definitely recommend him to anyone visiting the park.

For my first excursionnin Mexico, it superceded my expectations! I was exhausted by the end of the night, but in a good way.

Amazing experience , adventure filled fun for all ages . The selfie photo booths placed incredibly around the park is an incredible idea to capture all the fun. Pls note the photos using the wrist band is not included in ur ticket price

We signed up for our two families of cousins to do this evening experience at the Xplor park from our resort, Bahia Principe. Transport was easy and very organized. I am a big fan of systemic planning for theme parks and asked our transport guide for advice. He explained that there is a board which tells you how busy each feature is. Green light for good, yellow indicates the ride is getting busy, red for full and not taking any more people. We arrived early to the evening start time and chose to start with Zip lines first expecting they would be slow loading and get backed up. This proved to be true, as they were full after the first two hours. It also was nice to start the ziplines in the daylight to be able to see the view, and end 45 minutes later with the sparkly evening views. A bit about the zip lines - you can choose to do 3 shorter ziplines (20 min) or 7 longer ones. We are from Canada and used to much less deluxe ziplines so we chose the 7 path. If you are afraid of heights, you will want to avoid this one but if you are only nervous about the stop at the end of the zipline - you should definitely try it. They have brakes on the lines to slow you down as you come in. It seems deluxe to me - in Canada, you are on your own to land properly against the foot pad:) They even zipped out on the line to retrieve those of us that were too light to make it to the end! We went to the amphibious ATV second. This was also a slow loading ride that was into the Red full category after a couple of hours. They did not believe that my 19 year old niece was an adult and asked her to show her passport to prove her age. As we (and everyone) are just wearing bathing suits, we switched up drivers so those of us that were visible older would drive. All that to say - if you look like you might be a minor, the burden of proof will be on you. We went for dinner next. The buffet is excellent. So good that despite my best efforts to keep us efficient so we could get to more rides, our group ended up lingering. If you plan to eat a big dinner, do not expect to do more than four of the rides before it is time to leave. Waterslides close at 10:30 before everything else. This is where I would warn parents that if you, like us would like to leisurely enjoy swimming and rafting the cenotes while your teenagers go watersliding, you will first have to accompany them to the waterslides for preclearance. The teens in my group are 15-17 and all at a height of 5’9” to 5’11”, so I never thought they would get turned away and we went off to swim the longer 30 minute route of the cenote (there is also a 10 minute route .) The teens were told that the waterslide line had grown long enough that they would only arrive back at 10:30 and therefore, they needed parental permission to go. They were not very pleased that they had to waste time waiting for us and I was a bit annoyed as we paid the adult price for them and I didn’t expect to have to chaperone them around. We enjoyed the rafting through the cenote but I really, really loved swimming through them in the River swim. They are so beautiful and it is so peaceful in there. My niece had a waterproof camera and we were allowed to take it with us for the River Swim and River rafting. The park also has a photography package, which we didn’t pay for but did look like it would be worth the price if you prize pictures of your group and want to do all the selfie spots (or Xelfies, as the park calls them.)

Waited till 2 hrs, at hotel lobby,but no one showed up, waisted my whole day Vacations and money. Called to tour company and send e mail to Viator, but no help.

This was the most fun part of our trip, I would highly recommend this adventure, be prepared if you are going when its only 30° because at night it gets very cold, bring a water shirt or buy one they have lots and buy the picture package then you dont have to bring your camera, the water slide won't let you bring a camera anyways. The view from the top of the slide is beautiful. I would start with the slide, zipline then hammock swing, after those are done get yourself into the rafts and the cave experience it was absolutely amazing, the river swim was very cold, we opted for the shorter route. Then we got changed into warm clothes and hit the vehicles, this was so much fun!

Love it the best time is to go is at night due to less people being there. Wish the zip lines were a little longer.

I’m really disappointed with how my Xplor Fuego reservation was handled. My reservation showed 5:30 AM, which obviously seemed like a typo, so I assumed the pickup was in the evening. Nobody contacted me at all when the shuttle arrived—no call, no text, no email. Because of the lack of communication and the confusing pickup time listed on my reservation, I ended up completely missing the included transportation and had to pay an extra $100 out of pocket to get to the park. I still went and paid additional money just to make it on time, but this should not have happened. Better clarity and communication would have prevented this. Very frustrating experience.

We have been 4 times to xplor. 3 times during the day and 1 for fuego. The day trip was much better. Many attractions are closed for fuego and there's not near as much fire light as they make it seem. Also if your 6'4 or over 260lbs. You will not be able to partake in some of the zip line, as well as you will have a hard time finding riders to ride the water slide with as there is a weight limit for 4 riders.

The zip lines are so much fun, the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet was hug with lots of options even for e as a vegetarian. There is so much to do and to eat.

Definitely worth the money. Easy transport. The water slide and the underground water walk was our favourite. Bring water shoes or buy some from the gift shop (£40) as most activities it’s mandatory to wear them.

So much fun! Wonderful hospitality! Everyone was friendly. Great experience on our honeymoon! 10/10!

This was so much fun and the buffet was really good. Be warned though, there is incredible amount of walking. The snack station was amazing too. Im sure this is fun in the day but the night was just amazing. I was having trouble with my belts before the zip lining but they were so good caring for me and making sure I was secure. The underground areas are very wet and kinda misty. You cannot avoid these areas at all but theyre still very cool to go through. Lots of photo ops, get the photo package, especially if youre solo! Cant wait to go back here!

Round trip transportation was great and well organized. The park was awesome just be prepared to do ALOT of walking. Pick up was at 3pm got to the park around 5pm (had to pick up other ppl) then left the park at 11:30pm.

This was such a dope experience man I had a blast. It was soooo much going on and soo much to do. My son really enjoyed this. I would do it all over again. Thank you I went in June

This place is so good we had such a good time a we went at night and it was a blast if you go to Mexico you have to try this place out The zip lines wore amazing had a really good time and the Walter vip lines to which I had never done was a right laugh The Walter slide was wicked had a few goes in that the swimming in underground caves was really cool experience something I had never done And driving the atvs through the jungle at night was so cool with fire going all through the jungle crossing bridges was a blast I really recommend this place with your friends of family The buffet was so good all types of food to cater all food likes from burgers to pizzas to chicken pasta the lot really good time and experience

Beautiful experience but at the end the dinner was rushed because it was told to me if you intend you sure complete the course before the meal particularly the ATV riding. I never received the pictures I paid for.

It was allot of fun. We did everything! Even drove the buggy 3 times!!!!! Zip lining was super fast and the lines weren’t long at all.

Absolutely LOVED our experience! If you’re even thinking about going—do it! The zip lines were out of this world, and doing them in the dark? Game. Changer. 🌌 The brand-new waterslide was a blast—we loved it so much we had to go twice! The amphibious vehicle ride was thrilling and a full 5km, so it didn’t feel rushed or over too quickly—just enough adventure to satisfy our inner daredevils. 🚗💦🌴 And the buffet? Chef’s kiss. 👨‍🍳 Steak, seafood, burgers, fresh fruit, salads, desserts—you name it. Everything was delicious and there was something for everyone. Would absolutely go again in a heartbeat. It was truly a fun, unforgettable night! 🌋

This park is a workout. A lot of walking. Also wear water shoes that don't slip. This park is awesome. The food is delicious!!

I enjoyed this experience but there are a few things that should be stressed and made very clear. First off cameras. You can use a handheld devices. My GoPro was on my wrist and I was not allowed to use it. This is only explained when you get to front of line and see video. So we had to go back to our lockers and lost our space. Lots of bats in the underground expedition, but still cool. You have to have water shoes for the best activities so just bring them. They cost $40 usd there. The whole place can be a maze, but staff is available. The transportation to Xplor Fuego was chaotic. No explanation of go on this bus etc. At the end this was better and dropped us directly at hotel. Buffet is delicious. A lot of activities take a decent amount of time so plan out. ATV is extra and I thought it was included.

Amazing All the way around. Be prepared for alot of walking to get to attractions but we'll worth it. BRING YOUR OWN PROTECTION PHONE CASE from home, as you will not be able to take your own photos while enjoying the park. There is a stated charge if you want to purchase upon your arrival to the park. You will either purchase the photo package available, purchase a phone water protection case or be present in the moment and be okay with the memories in your mind. Dinner was plentiful and had mutilple options for everyone. I liked that i could eat , enjoy thr park and come back for more.

Fun but expect to wait in long lines. Food was good. Not worth the price. Cannot leave early if you travel with a company.

The park is gorgeous and meticulously well-kept. The employees were extremely helpful and kind. The activities were absolutely amazing. The beauty of the inside of the many caves we were in is indescribable. It is definitely something everyone should do at least once.

Is amazing 10/10 will enjoy, better at night no sun they go pick you up and take you super nice will do again

Seemed abit expensive at the time of booking , but realy was worth every penny , the activities were so much fun the food was gorgeous , the park is so well set out, I'd recommend going in evening as it wasn't to warm and such a vibe in the dark , I would definitely lately do this again , tour guide Victor was great also

From when they picked us up they were amazing and when around the park if you have any questions they will help as much as they can . Very attentive and care about your safety aswell . Special thanks to liliana and Mario they were amazing .

Always a great night! We have done this excursion multiple times and loved it every time! The buffet is amazing, activities are great, and doing them at night is such a cool experience. It wasn't a busy evening so we were virtually alone for the cave swim which was awesome! My only complaint this time would be that somehow they shuffled us into the short zipline circuit which was SUPER annoying as we'd been in line for about an hour to get our gear on and, by the time we realized we were on the short circuit it was too late. At that point, we weren't willing to get back into the line to do the longer circuit so we were a little disappointed. That being said, we still had a great night and, as always, the food was amazing! Definitely a recommended tour...just double check before entering the zipline circuit that they've got you on the right one.

Ok so this was our third time going to Xplor but this time we took friends and we couldn’t wait to show them the experience. Prices were higher but they have new water slides everyone was very excited about - only thing is: we get there and you MUST have a closed toe shoe for the water slides. Not a damn thing in any of our information said this ahead of time (and as experienced water park attendees - that is not something we’ve come across before). We have attended Xplor twice before and always wore flip flops/sandals just fine or been barefoot for certain attractions. The choice was “buy our water shoes or you can’t ride these attractions” BOO. That’s just such a crappy way to do something when we’ve traveled from NYC to do this experience. The rest of the park was wonderful - we love the ziplines and ATVs but we wish they had communicated that element ahead of time. Sucks to spend all that money and not be able to ride something. Let alone the newest thing none of us had done. The customer service was lacking in being able to help us with this too. Otherwise the park is a blast for folks looking for adventure.

Xplor park is a great excursion if you’re looking to try a variety of activities in one day. We booked the night experience & enjoyed it. The park has 6 different activities each of which take at least 20 minutes to complete so you will use the entire time completing the activities. The lines weren’t long at all and even though the park was busy, it didn’t overly crowded. The buffet food was pretty good & had a large variety to choose from. It’s not a true “tour”, it’s more of they provide transportation to & from the excursion. So you could opt out paying extra for the transportation however, it was pretty convenient.

The park itself was great and we had a lot of fun. LOTS of walking and lots of stairs for the zipline areas. The low rating is due to the transportation issues. When I called to confirm we were told that our hotel wasn’t on the pickup list. The rep told us the closest hotel to go to for pickup. I asked if they’ve done pickup from this hotel before for non-guests and they said yes. Turns out it was an absolute no. The hotel wouldn’t let us wait for the pickup and my messages to inform them were ignored for quite awhile. I guess they realized this and tried to change the location but it was too late. The alternative pickup point was about 15 minutes away. Not a huge deal except we had just walked the 15 minutes to the initial hotel they told us to go to. It was unprofessional to realize an error that big less than 24 hours before the booking (which is the cancellation period they have) and then basically have the attitude that we should have been checking our email constantly. YOU picked this hotel and told us to go there! I sent so many messages through the app and got to a point where I was just sending question marks because I was desperately trying to get clarity on what was going on. Of course they didn’t offer a refund for the missed transportation although it was their error. We ended up having to catch a taxi to the park which was additional money since we had no choice because no one wants to lose over $300. It sucked to pay for transportation upfront and then have to find a taxi and pay more money!
