Xcaret Park Tickets Roundtrip Included From Cancun

Our contact at MTS (Mexico Travel Solutions) Tonatiuh was helpful all the way from arranging our private round trip transport from Cancun airport to our resort to arranging this tour. He was attentive and knowledgeable. We had been to Xcaret once before and knew we wanted to go again - it was fantastic as expected.

Saul Ramos with Mexican Transportation Services(MTS) was extremely helpful to privide excursion information pressure-free. Wife and i felt really conformable and well informed with the options. We were so at ease with Saul that we booked three different activities. Saul provided all three activities with an unexpected discount and great price. The three activities were Xoximilco, Xel-Ha and Xcaret. Transportation was uncluded with round trip from our hotel. Amazing experience with all activities during our one week stay in Cancun. Saul was also very helpful in confirming our transportaion back to the airport for the end of our stay. From beginning to end, Saul and MTS proved to be and all-in-one resource for our inititail airport pick'-up, avtivity planner and return ride to the airport. I was disappointed with the lack of things to do especially since they were described as part of my ticket. There were no sharks, no jaguars, and only about 10 butterflies when we were told there’d be thousands. Many exhibits were closed and the most exciting activities required EXTRA payment which is crazy in itself but that was also not specified to us when we purchased. The river cenote was fun and the show at night was hands down the best part.

Paul and Daniela provided us with excellent service and great recommendations for the tours. It's clear they have experience. We took the Xcaret Plus Tour, the Underground Rivers, and other impressive attractions. The included buffet was very good. And the Mexico Espectacular Show lived up to its name. The Camel Tour at Maroma Beach was a very nice experience. We were able to interact with the camels, and the included buffet was very good. We were truly satisfied with the experience. I book multiple trips and tours with MTS (Mexico Travel Solutions). We did airport transportation tour to Xcaret and Private tour to Ek Balam. Victor Rivas Was my point of contact with MTS. He was by far the best decision we made. Victor stayed in contact with us from prior to booking the service to even after our trip. We were able to contact him via WhatsApp for last minute changes. At Xcaret my parents got over heated and wanted to return home I contacted Victor he arrange a pick up for us last minute that arrived in 15 min to get my parents back, even though it was 3 hours earlier from the original pick up. If a driver was 2min late Victor quickly contact the driver to find their location and quickly resolved the issue. Victor gave us inside on how what to bring to the tour and what not. As well as how to best use hotel amenities inorder to save on our tours. Victor Rivas With MTS (Mexico Travel Solutions) was incredible he was like our WhatsApp point of contact, tour guide, and concierge. Victor Rivas enhanced experiences by providing personalized services, acting as a local expert to arrange dining, transportation, tours, and special requests. Our vacation was made relaxing and free of stress due to Victor diligent. Unforgettable Chichen Itza & Xcaret Adventure with MTS – But Plan for Rest! We booked our back-to-back Chichen Itza and Xcaret tours through MTS, and Gerardo made the process seamless. He was incredibly friendly and professional, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring everything was set for our limited vacation time. Both tours were highlights of our trip! Chichen Itza’s ancient wonders left us in awe, and Xcaret’s stunning natural parks, underground rivers, and cultural shows were pure magic – perfect for family memories. However, the non-stop schedule was extremely exhausting, especially with kids in tow. We were wiped out by the end. Pro tip: If you’re traveling with family, build in a rest day between these tours to recharge. Highly recommended overall – just pace yourself!

I had a very good experience, especially with Ms. Sharon Song, who helped me at all times with my trips from the airport to the hotel and to Xcaret park with transportation included. Ms. Sharon was always attentive, offered me her help, and even gave me a lot of information about all the activities they offer, and she not only offered me the activities but also explained to me in great detail what they were like.
